- STVM (6-2) The Irish got a huge victory over Gahanna on a neutral site and continue to show why they are regarded as the favorites in Division II.
- Akron Buchtel (7-4) They blew a late lead to St Edward but their 2-1 showing in Virginia proved the potential of this team. A win over Real Salt Lake Academy and a tight loss to Bishop O’Connell (VA) are both super impressive results.
- Kettering Alter (10-2) After starting the season red hot, Alter has cooled off a little but is still one of the top Division I teams in the state.
- Toledo Central Catholic (9-2) Toledo Central Catholic has dropped a few games Vs Division I conference rivals, but wins over Toledo St John’s, Perrysburg, Fairview and Trotwood-Madison make their resume strong.
- Cincinnati Woodward (8-2) A loss to a Dayton Dunbar team that seems to be figuring things out comes at a tough time, Woodward plays CMAC rival Taft tomorrow in a highly anticipated battle.
- Columbus Beechcroft (6-2) Neutral court losses to Woodward and Hilliard Bradley proved Beechcroft can compete with some top teams, they just need to figure out how to beat them.
- Gilmour (6-2) A tight loss to Brush shows that Gilmour could have the potential to make a run in Division II once again in 2022.
- Dayton Oakwood (10-1) A blowout loss to Alter sticks out, but Oakwood has been dominant in their 10 other games this season.
- Buckeye Valley (9-1) A loss to rival Delaware Hayes to open the season is the Barons only loss as they are rolling right now.
- Bloom-Carroll (11-1) Unbeaten Vs in-state competition, Bloom-Carroll looks to establish themselves as the favorite in the MSL.
Honorable mention (by region) Huron (8-1) Lima Shawnee (9-2) Shelby (9-2)
Tiffin Columbian (9-1)
Eastmoor Academy (6-2) Linden-McKinley (7-4) Heath (7-2) Tri-Valley (8-1) Waverly (6-3)
