Paul McNeil Paul McNeil 6'6" | SG Richmond County | 2024 State #172 Nation NC | 6’6 Guard/Wing | Richmond County
McNeil is the top prospect in the 2024 class and he’s shown why this season with Richmond County High as they’re off to a 15-0 start with him leading the way. He’s produced 23.9 ppg, 7.9 rpg, 4.2 apg and 1.5 bpg as an all-around presence in their rotation already and already has a number of high-major offers in tow. He’s a national name in the making in the state.
Ari Fulton Ari Fulton 6'7" | SF Westover | 2024 State NC | 6’6 Guard/Wing | Gray’s Creek
Fulton is another versatile threat on the perimeter that’s finding his way attacking the rim and rebounding the ball. He’s put up 17.8 ppg, 9.4 rpg and 2.9 spg through their first 12 contests of his sophomore season as he looks to show his growth. He’s shooting 47 percent from the field and his perimeter shooting is coming along as well. Look for his name to grow in the class very soon.
Darris Simmons Darris Simmons 5'10" | SG Pine Forest | 2024 NC | 5’10 Guard | Pine Forest
Simmons has been quite the complementary combo guard in the Pine Forest rotation with his ability to make plays and score the ball in a hurry. He’s averaging 12.7 ppg, 2.7 rpg and 1.9 apg as they’re off to an 11-2 start and have won their last six games and counting. He’s shooting 50 percent from the field and 39 percent from behind the arc as he continues to show his growth in the class.
Brandon Ihle Brandon Ihle 6'3" | SF Middle Creek | 2024 State NC | 6’3 Guard/Wing | Middle Creek
Ihle has been one of the bright spots in the Middle Creek rotation despite the record in 2021-22 as he’s posted 14.4 ppg, 4.6 rpg and 1.1 spg while showing his growth. He’s still managed to knock down 28 3-pointers this season including six in a 36-point effort against Cary High. He’s quite the competitor on the hardwood for the Mustangs.
Jaylen Sturdivant Jaylen Sturdivant 6'4" | CG Hoke | 2024 State NC | 6’3 Guard | Hoke County
Sturdivant is a big guard prospect with quite the upside over at Hoke County High. He’s averaging 12.0 ppg, 3.9 rpg and 1.5 ap through the Bucks’ 7-4 start to the 2021-22 season. As he finds his way and learns to make a consistent impact, he’s a name to keep an eye on over at Hoke County High.
