They’re off to a 12-3 start and 3-1 in conference action with him leading the way and controlling the pace at the floor general spot. He’s a prospect DIII and JUCOs should get eyes on in the 2022 class in the state.

Markel Lloyd Markel Lloyd 6'0" | PG Henderson Collegiate | 2022 State NC | 6’2 | Henderson Collegiate
Lloyd is a big point guard prospect at 6-foot-2 that’s developed into quite the presence for Henderson Collegiate. He’s averaging 10.2 ppg, 2.9 rpg and 2.8 apg as they’re off to a 2-0 start in conference action. He’s done well to show an ability to get the team where they need to be and make things happen while running the show at the floor general role. He’s a prospect that’s shown he can hang on the DIII and JUCO levels with his ability to handle the ball and score the ball in a variety of ways.
EJ Gatling EJ Gatling 5'8" | PG Northeastern | 2022 NC | 5’8 | Northeastern
Gatling is a late-emerging point guard prospect at Northeastern High that’s climbing up the radar. He’s a speedy floor general that’s putting up 15.4 ppg, 3.6 spg, 3.3 apg and 2.4 rpg as one of the leading names for the Eagles.
