Isaiah Atwater Isaiah Atwater 5'8" | PG Maize South | 2023 State KS , 5’10 PG, Maize South: An electric point guard who does a great job of getting downhill off the dribble and putting pressure on defenses in transition. Currently averaging 5.3 assists per game to go along with his double digit scoring numbers. Really quick with the ball and finds cutter, open shooters, and dump downs really well.
Dalton Mantz, 5’8 PG, Little River: Mantz’s point guard play has helped lead Little River to an 8-5 record to start. Controls the show in the backcourt, kicks the ball ahead, pushes when available, and finds his guys in great opportunities to score the ball. Averaging 4.8 assists per game and the true definition of pass first pg.
Jackson Swartz Jackson Swartz 6'5" | SF Chaparral | 2023 State KS , 6’5 W, Chaparral: One of our mid season All Stars, Swartz is a unique wing player who can go get his own bucket, run lanes and be in attack mode, but also find his shooters for great looks, hit cutters, and is a high IQ guy to put his teammates in great spots for success. Averaging over 4 assists per game to go along with 5+ rebounds and 18+ points per game. A really stat sheet stuffing player profile with great athletic traits.
Koy Behnke, 6’3 G, Ellinwood: The back court at Ellinwood is top tier and with the scoring prowess of Dutton, Behnke has filled in to a nice role of being a high level facilitator and guy who can control tempo on the floor. Behnke is a stat sheet stuffer and does a bunch on the floor but is able to average almost 5 assists per game due to his ability to get teammates into great situations through his passes.
Brian Hawthorne Brian Hawthorne 6'2" | PG St. James | 2023 State KS , 6’3 G, St James Academy: A strong guard with a very savvy handle and creates a ton of shots for himself and his teammates. Sneaky quick and explosive off the bounce which puts defenses at a disadvantage and he can pick apart defenses with his passing and scoring ability. Averaging 4.3 assists per game to go with his +14 ppg average.
