Gage Wilson Gage Wilson 6'8" | PF Northeast Cairo | 2022 State MO 6’8 NE Cairo: The power forward led the Bearcats to the championship of the Salisbury Tournament. He’s a big, physical post player who is capable of dominating with his size. He seals defenders well as he establishes a strong base inside. He also had a very impressive-looking jump hook in the lane.
Caleb Walker Caleb Walker 6'8" | PF Eugene | 2022 State MO 6’8 Eugene: The Air Force recruit led Eugene to the championship of the Stover Tournament. He averaged 16 points and 10 rebounds a game in the tournament. He had a strong summer grassroots season and has followed up with a strong senior year for the 14-0 Eagles. He is skilled around the basket with the ability to pass the ball and step out and hit perimeter jumpers.
Daveton Fearon 6’6 Richland: The athletic forward combined with his twin brother Veston (a talented wing) to lead Richland to the championship game of the Bourbon Tournament. He averaged 19 points and five blocks a game along a number of dunks throughout the tournament. He has good length and a nice variety of moves inside to go along with his explosive leaping ability.
Theo Owings 6’6 Fayette: The thick-bodied post player led Fayette to a third-place finish at the New Franklin Tournament. He has the body built for the bump-and-grind power game, but he has a nice flip shot in the lane that is very effective. It’s part half hook and part floater. Whatever it is, he has mastered it pretty well. He also does a good job making his free throws, which is vital for a physical post player.
Bryce Hambelton 6’4 Gainesville: A beefy post player who had a strong game in Gainesville’s victory over Bunker at the Big 3 Athletics/Legends of Hardwood Classic at Van Buren. When he sits down and establishes his wide base in the low post, it’s virtually impossible to get around him. He catches the ball with soft hands and he finishes at a high rate. His game is straight meat-and-potatoes and it’s very effective.
