Martin Luther King Jr. weekend is always an entertaining weekend of basketball as there are showcases across the Garden State. The Dennis Gregory Memorial Classic was an example of that with multiple players having big-time performances. Here are some of the top standouts from the Dennis Gregory Memorial Classic.

Pettiford put on an absolute show for the Hawks as he dropped a Dennis Gregory Memorial Classic high 40 points. The 6’0 lefty has a tight handle, which he used to beat his defender off the bounce and finish around the rim. Pettiford was also able to create space for himself off the bounce and knocked down several jumpers from distance. He set up the offense for Hudson Catholic in the half court and made plays on the defensive end. Pettiford is a dynamic floor general who is a must-watch whenever he takes the floor.
