Adam Painter Adam Painter 6'5" | SF Francis Howell Central | 2022 State MO (Francis Howell Central): The 6’5″ 2022 forward had a big weekend at the Washington Tournament in earning a spot on the All-Tournament Team. He averaged 28 points and 10 rebounds in the three games. In his final game, he had a school-record 40 points along with 12 rebounds, four assists and five steals in a victory over the Blue Knights. He has a versatile skill set with a low post game, good handles and the ability to create offense from the mid-range area on in.
Ikenna Ezeogu (Blue Springs): The 6’6″ 2022 Iowa State football recruit had one of the most dominant individual efforts of the season in leading the Wildcats to the championship of the Kearney Tournament. He had 40 points and 20 rebounds in a 66-60 victory over North Kansas City in the championship game. His strength and quickness and high motor make him very tough to deal with around the basket.
Josiah Talton Josiah Talton 6'1" | SG Monroe City | 2022 State MO (Monroe City): The 6’0″ point guard was the Most Valuable Player of the Clopton Tournament after leading the Panthers to the tournament championship. He scored a game-high 28 points in a victory over Winfield in the championship game. He’s usually dropping dimes and setting up teammates, but he has emerged as a potent scorer with a nice pull-up jumper from the mid-range along with a 3-point shot. He really excels in a fast-paced game.
Brycen Dean Brycen Dean 6'0" | CG Van Horn | 2022 State MO (Van Horn): The 6’0″ 2022 guard led Van Horn to the championship of the Lathrop Tournament. He averaged 25 points a game in the Falcons three victories. He scored a game-high 21 points in a 54-45 victory over Mid-Buchanan in the championship game. He’s a potent offensive player with shooting range that extends well beyond the 3-point line. He also creates well off the dribble with a variety of escape moves.
Ryan Schwendeman Ryan Schwendeman 6'4" | SF St. Dominic | 2022 State MO (St. Dominic): The 6’4″ 2022 forward was the Most Valuable Player of the Washington Tournament after leading the Crusaders to the championship. He averaged nearly 20 points and 10 rebounds a game in the tournament. A Southern Illinois football recruit, the 245-pounder is a matchup problem with his size and physicality in the low post and his ability to hit the 3-point shot.
