Grant Burkholder Grant Burkholder 5'9" | PG Newark | 2023 State OH (2023). PG 5’9. Newark
Burkholder is a kid you want running your offense. He is a leader, both vocally and by example, plays his hardest every minute he is on the floor, and is a competitor. He is the true definition of heart over height. His skill set is very high – he has a very tight handle on the ball and knows how to put the ball in the basket. He has a nice stroke and buries the shots he is given. He had a great pull-up and floater game as well. He is very quick and changes speed very well.
Carter Reese (2023). G 6’2. Westerville North
Reese is a very nice shooter with a great feel for the game. He has a very nice and smooth lefty stroke and came out hot hitting his first three threes of the game. He has a lot of confidence and swagger. He can fill it up from deep but doesn’t force anything, sometimes to his detriment. Reese has a high IQ because he always makes the right passes and reads. He does a nice job of keeping the ball moving.
Anthony Wilson (2023). G 6’2. Delaware Hayes
Wilson had a very nice game for the Pacers on Tuesday night. He finished with 15 points and played with great effort the entire game. He showed off his nice pull-up game with his very high arcing shot. He has a very good length for his height and has some very nice athleticism. He is a tough and scrappy kid that played a vital role in the comeback win against Westerville North.
Rasheem Biles (2023). G 6’2. Pickerington Central
Biles is an athlete. He has great length, quickness, speed, and is very bouncy. this makes him. Very nice defender and can kill defenders with his hard rips and takes. His football skills can be seen sometimes with his aggressiveness. He needs some Moore skills offensively but I love his defensive energy, intensity, and athleticism.
Andrew Scrulock (2022). G 6’3. Westerville North
Scrulock has some great tools to his game. He is pretty athletic and has a nice wingspan. He was all over the place and played very hard. He started to pick up the Hayes’ guards full court and provided some nice pressure. He also has a nice stroke and hit a pair of threes for the Warriors.
