Continue ReadingAttention college coaches! We currently have 20 Division I commitments here in the state of Indiana along with several more DII/DIII/NAIA pledges. Now that we have hit mid-January it is time to start highlighting the players that are still on the board. There are plenty of prospects for coaches at all levels still searching for a home here in the Hoosier state. We recently had a run of forwards going off the board as Raedhyn Foust Raedhyn Foust 6'8" | PF Northeastern | 2022 State IN (IU-East), Andrew Leeper Andrew Leeper 6'6" | PF Homestead | 2022 State IN (Hope), and Joe Reidy Joe Reidy 6'7" | SF Woodlan | 2022 State IN (St. Francis) made their commitments. Make sure you’ve checked out part one of this series from a couple of weeks ago as well. Over the course of the coming weeks we will continue to highlight more and more prospects for your programs to keep an eye on. For now, here are five more uncommitted forwards in the Indiana Class of 2022.
Caedmon Bontrager Caedmon Bontrager 6'8" | PF Leo | 2022 State IN (Leo H.S. 2022)
This is the best available forward in the state of Indiana at this point. The 6’8″ Bontrager is having an excellent senior season for Leo which has led to recent scholarship offers from St. Francis, Indiana Wesleyan, and Findlay. He is an excellent scorer around the basket with the size and strength to finish at the rim. Bontrager is a great rebounder on both ends of the floor as well. Will be an instant impact forward at the DII/NAIA level.
Jalen Bullock Jalen Bullock 6'7" | PF Calumet New Tech | 2022 IN (Calumet H.S. 2022)
Bullock has a college ready body with excellent hands and feet for his size. At 6’7″ Bullock moves very well with a developing post game and a knack for rebounding the basketball. He is physical around the basket which helps him guard the post at a high level as well. One of the more sought after small college big man prospects.
Holton Compton Holton Compton 6'6" | PF South Spencer | 2022 State IN (South Spencer H.S. 2022)
The 6’6″ forward is flying a little under-the-radar down at South Spencer. Small college coaches from around the state need to make sure they’ve contacted him if they haven’t already. Compton has shown the ability to step out and make 3’s this season while maintaining a polished back to the basket game. He is a guy you can throw it to and expect him to score it. Very bouncy around the basket. Will be a nice get for some program out there.
Adonis House Adonis House 6'7" | PF Liberty Christian | 2022 State IN (Liberty Christian 2022)
House has been high on college coaches lists since his impressive month of July on the AAU circuit. He is a tenacious rebounder, can finish with either hand around the basket, and has a soft touch out to around 15-feet. Very good footwork around the basket with good hands as well. Averaging 14.1 points and 8.9 rebounds per game. Might be the most talented small college forward still available.
Antonio Lisenbee Jr. (Arsenal Tech H.S. 2022)
Arsenal Tech runs a guard-heavy style of offense, but Lisenbee Jr. has still managed to get 7.7 points and 8.6 rebounds per game. His best quality may be his rim protection with 3.5 blocks per game. He is an above the rim player on both ends of the floor that can rebound outside of his area. Legitimate 6’7″ 5-man with a good motor. Scholarship level player.
