Jalen Pichardo Jalen Pichardo 6'6" | SF St. Thomas Aquinas | 2023 State NJ , 6’5 SF St. Thomas Aquinas
Pichardo had to sit out a month and is ready to hit the ground running. The East Brunswick transfer has a strong frame, which he uses to get position down low and finish. Pichardo can also put the ball on the floor and has a nice touch on his free throws. He is a strong rebounder and moves his feet on the defensive end. Pichardo has a pair of double-doubles in his first three games for St. Thomas Aquinas and should continue to put up big numbers as the season continues.
Chris Ross Chris Ross 5'9" | PG Wallkill Valley | 2023 State NJ , 5’9 PG Wallkill Valley
Ross has had a breakout season for the Rangers as he has seven 20-point games in 2021-22. The 5’9 guard has a good handle, which he uses to break his defender down off the bounce and finish around the basket. Ross is more than just a slasher as he can also score in the mid-range and has a nice release on his jumper. He plays with quick hands on the defensive end and is an underrated passer. Ross is an athletic, lead guard prospect who should continue to put up big games for Wallkill Valley this year.
Noah Payne Noah Payne 6'1" | PG Peddie | 2024 State NJ , 6’0 PG Eastern
Payne has been one of the top guards in South Jersey this season as teams have had little answer to him on the offensive end. The 6’0 guard is at his best attacking the basket as he is a good finisher and does not mind drawing contact. Payne has a good shooting stroke and shoots the ball with confidence from behind the arc. He knows how to get his teammates involved and is an underrated defender. Payne has been lighting up scoreboards all year and should continue to do so in 2022.
Jackson Bleeker Jackson Bleeker 6'3" | SG Seton Hall Prep | 2024 NLG , 6’3 SG Seton Hall Prep
Bleeker has emerged for the Pirates this season as he is a go-to option for them on the perimeter. The 6’3 lefty has a smooth shooting stroke and is capable of knocking down triples in bunches. Bleeker is more than just a shooter as he can also get to the rim from the perimeter and finish around the basket. He is a good rebounder and is an underrated defender. Bleeker is a sharpshooting guard who should continue to play well for Seton Hall Prep this season.
Nyle Coleman Nyle Coleman 5'10" | PG Peddie | 2023 State NJ , 5’10 PG Peddie
Coleman has had a strong season for the Falcons and should continue to play as 2022 rolls on. The 5’10 lefty has a quick release on his jumper and does not need a lot of space to get his shot off. Coleman is more than just a shooter as he has a nice handle and a quick first step to get past his defender and finish by the basket. He slides his feet on the defensive end and knows how to get his teammates involved in the half court. Coleman is a floor general prospect whose shooting will help his stock in a big way as the season moves forward for Peddie.
