Dylan Williams Dylan Williams 5'11" | PG Irmo | 2022 State SC – Irmo HS
Williams is one of the highest ranked players still available in the Palmetto State. Dylan is a crafty point guard who really knows how to direct traffic while on the floor for the Yellow Jackets. Williams has a good burst of speed to get by defenders in the open court or stop and pop while knocking down some jumpers along the way. Williams has been on the varsity since the 8th grade at Irmo HS when Prep Hoops first saw him play at the preseason tourney at Spartanburg Christian Academy. Williams is currently averaging 17.8 ppg this season.
Kory Davis Kory Davis 5'11" | PG York Prep | 2022 State SC and Kendall Davis Kendall Davis 6'0" | PG York Prep | 2022 State SC – York Prep (Rock Hill)
The Davis brothers do have the Patriots still undefeated this season. This duo does it all at times with smart heady plays on the floor. They won’t overwhelm you with anything they do. Kory and Kendall really understand how to play the game and bring it on every possession. They take CHARGES on command, make shots on the perimeter and both play extremely unselfish. These two young men are winners on the floor and off the floor.
Lebron Thomas Lebron Thomas 6'2" | CG Trinity Collegiate | 2022 State SC – Trinity Collegiate (Darlington)
Thomas a left-handed slashing guard does it all for the Titans. Lebron has been a great addition to the program since arriving on campus as a junior after playing at nearby Lee Central HS. Thomas has improved his perimeter skills and can really get the ball to the basket with ease at times. He plays very active in the passing lanes while logging a lot of minutes every night for Titans Head Coach Mike Teasley. Thomas excels in the open floor transition game.
Russell Branch Russell Branch 6'2" | PG Fork Union Military Academy | 2022 State SC – Barnwell HS
Branch might play off the grid a bit down in Barnwell County for the Warhorses. Prep Hoops first saw this young man as an 8th grader play at the Hawk Invitational. Russell has a scorer’s mentality on the floor, and it constantly gets him to the foul line. I have seen Branch shoot 20 free throws in a game before more than a few times in his career. Branch has scored over 1,300 career points for the Warhorses.
Bobby Taylor Bobby Taylor 5'10" | PG Daniel | 2022 State SC – Daniel HS (Central)
Taylor just plays the game so smooth from out top. Bobby can deliver a crucial pass, hit an open shot or just direct traffic from the point guard position. Bobby never seems to be in panic mode while playing the game and seems to have everything under control. Bobby was an All-State Selection last season for the Lions (10-7). He recently went over 1,000 career points for the Lions.
