Donovan Mynatt (2023) Eastern Brown
Mynatt is a little raw and is still working on aspects of his game, but I was intrigued by his constant rebounding threat and ability to ferociously secure boards for the Warriors. Mynatt is not much of a threat offensively at this time, but this is partially due to two teammates being scholarship athletes. As Mynatt adds to his offensive game, he could easily be a 1st Team All-SHAC if not this year, definitely next season.
Theo Maag (2023) Ottawa-Glandorf
Maag was listed as a PF, but I think he could possibly be a Center at the next level. His footwork and mobility was impressive as he showed he could score over his shoulder and back to the basket. Excelled in pick-and-roll situations with teammate Colin White Colin White 6'5" | SG Ottawa Glandorf | 2024 State #156 Nation OH . He’s a little undersized to be a Center right now, but he’s a true post threat every time he lines up.
Lee Benson Lee Benson 6'5" | PF Meadowdale | 2023 State OH (2023) Meadowdale
Benson was one of the more athletic PFs I saw as he could truly stretch out the floor for the Lions. Similar to other guys so far mentioned, Benson can grab boards over guys and had a poster dunk on Layne Sarver Layne Sarver 6'4" | SF Tri-Village | 2022 State OH . Benson plays over the rim and was versatile defending either the perimeter or the block.
Prince Mosengo Prince Mosengo 6'9" | PF Keystone Athletic Academy | 2022 State PA (2022) Keystone Academy (PA)
Mosengo is one of the biggest Centers I watched. The 6-foot-9 true big utilized his long arms and large frame to secure and defend the rim. He needs to work on his touch around the rim offensively as he left some open shots short, but I truly believe Mosengo is a D1 level prosepct.
