Kingston Flemings 2025 Guard 6’1 Brennan High School
Kingston has the ability to score off the dribble at will at all three levels but truly makes his mark with his vision and ability to set up his teammates. Whether he was firing full court passes to his teammates for easy looks or attacking the basket and drawing a second defender and finding his open teammates from the backside rotation, Flemmings picked apart almost every defense thrown at him. His ability to control the game and dictate every possession was incredibly impressive. In a game in which he lost his back court running mate (Camden Cowgill 2025) and starting center, Kingston easily picked up all the slack. He finished with 24 of his teams 37 total points and created a plethora of open looks for his teammates.
Camden Cowgill 2025 Guard 6’1 Brennan High School
Camden is a skilled and sharp shooting guard who thrives at getting to his spots beyond the arc and in the mid-range. You can tell he thinks about the game at a very high level with his ability to always seem to be in the right spot on both ends of the floor. I was blown away by his confidence and willingness to hunt for his own shot no matter the defense. His consistent aggression and scoring ability really propells his team, and the connection he has with his freshman point guard counter part (Kingston Flemings 2025) is a clear indication that Brennan will be a force to be reckoned with over the next few years as these two highly skilled guards continue to develop and make each other better.
Michael Collins 2025 Shadow Creek High School
Michael is a sharp shooting guard who thrives off of the consistent motion of Shadow Creek’s offense and Shawn Jones Jr Shawn Jones Jr 6'6" | SF Shadow Creek | 2022 State TX ‘s (2022) ability to dominate in the paint. He is a consistent spot up shooter from the wings and the corners, and really seems to have a feel for staying out of the way of his high level teammates and always being ready to be a shooting option for them. His patience and willingness to take what the defense gives him, allows his teammates to be more open and successful as a result of his unselfishness.
Javon Baker Javon Baker 5'10" | PG Desoto | 2025 TX 2025 Guard 5’7 Desoto High School
Javon has a high-level point guard who looks to have all the tools of a future leader of a program. He was vocal with and without the basketball, calling out switches and picks on both sides of the ball. He displayed supreme confidence; I was blown away when I found out he was a freshman. At times he can be a bit out of control and force bad looks, however this is expected with his age. I would like to see him work on his ability to control the tempo of the game, especially when he has the ball. Baker is one to keep your eye on for a future team leader and player in the next few years.
Jaylen Mayo Jaylen Mayo 5'10" | CG Lake Dallas | 2025 TX 2025 Guard 5’9 Lake Dallas High School
Jaylen is a sniper from seemingly every spot on the floor, he has a pure stroke with deep NBA range confidence. As the game is shifting to a more outside focused game, Mayo is on the front end of the trend when it comes to shooting. I would like to see him more willing to attack the basket and get to his spots in the midrange and just along the three-point line rather than settling for 25 footers.
