Jamai Hager-Tejada Jamai Hager-Tejada 5'10" | CG Mater Lakes | 2023 FL – Miami Northwestern
2023 Jamai Hager-Tejada Jamai Hager-Tejada 5'10" | CG Mater Lakes | 2023 FL has been a star for new head coach Melvin Randall. The 5-foot-11 combo guard is averaging 16.2 points and 3.3 rebounds per game while shooting 43 percent from the floor. Moreover, Tejada is 17-of-46 (37 percent) from deep. . He plays with an aggressive mindset on offense. Miami Northwestern is 8-1 with Hager-Tejada leading the charge. Their only loss was to 9-0 Miami Columbus. He previously played at Mater Lakes Academy.
Conner Weston Conner Weston 6'7" | SF Jupiter | 2022 State FL – Jupiter
2022 Conner Weston Conner Weston 6'7" | SF Jupiter | 2022 State FL has been a big gain for the Warriors. The 6-foot-7 forward was averaging 17 points per game before a minor injury. He should be ready for Jupiter’s Orange Bowl tournament against Miami Palmetto (12/28). Weston averaged over 17 points and seven rebounds per game for Jupiter Christian. He is a high academic prospect.
Reece Randolph Reece Randolph 5'9" | PG Chaminade Madonna | 2024 FL – Chaminade-Madonna
2024 Reece Randolph Reece Randolph 5'9" | PG Chaminade Madonna | 2024 FL has great ball skill and dexterity to play point guard. He can stop and start against his defender with the best of ’em. I think Randolph just needs to get bigger. However, the 5-foot-9 prospect can shield and finish at the rim. He previously played at Stranahan.
Koree Cotton Koree Cotton 6'4" | SF Souhtridge | 2023 State FL – Miami Southridge
I really like Koree Cotton Koree Cotton 6'4" | SF Souhtridge | 2023 State FL and Miami Southridge as a whole. The 6-foot-6 shooting guard has size and scoring ability from all three levels. Cotton can also defend multiple positions (1-3). He holds an offer from Florida Gulf Coast. Cotton is a transfer from South Miami. Furthermore, many of the Spartans are former members of the Cobras. Miami Southridge are currently 7-3 overall.
Kareem Barnett Kareem Barnett 6'2" | CG Hallandale Highschool | 2022 State FL / Anthony Floyd Anthony Floyd 5'7" | CG Hallandale | 2023 FL – Hallandale
The Chargers have two prospects I like for different reasons. 2022 Kareem Barnett Kareem Barnett 6'2" | CG Hallandale Highschool | 2022 State FL has as much end-to-end athleticism as any player in South Florida. The 6-foot-4 also has plenty of body to finish at the rim. You might want to move if Barnett is coming down the lane. 2023 Anthony Floyd Anthony Floyd 5'7" | CG Hallandale | 2023 FL has a strong handle going left or right. The 5-foot-9 point guard also has good body control in the air at the basket. Floyd plays bigger than his size in my opinion. The Chargers are 6-1 overall with the pair.
