passed the 2,000 point mark over the weekend. It is not a common occurrence in our game. A couple of players who accomplished that fete before were Caden Mills, Hunter Vick and Marvin Hughes.
#3 Middleton
MHS climbs to their highest peak this week. Dethroning Pickett County or Clay County will be nearly impossible and frankly, surpassing either in the standings will do little to dissuade this writer from predicting Pickett County and Clay County as State Tournament favorites.

. Santa Fe fell from their #3 position, a spot they held since the beginning of the season. East Robertson is still not ranked after the heroic win, but they are in consideration for the first team all year.
Santa Fe coach Brad Slaughter: "It was the best performance I've ever seen."

#9 Bluff City
Kendrick Wooten helped Bluff City with 16 points, but they were simply overwhelmed by a prep school out of North Carolina Saturday. Around 11:30 A.M. Bluff City Head Coach Marquarius Clark was invited to bring his team to Battle in the Bluff, as a last second replacement team. They accepted and hurried over to Bartlett High School only to find a train engine of talent in Bull City Prep. Wooten scored those 16 points and Jahari Davis managed 11 points. Le’Markus Wilkinson recorded 16 points, 14 of them in the first half before the game got out of hand.
There is some young, exciting talent on the roster. Consider Rayvon Jefferson, Waddell Twilley Jr. and both Davis and Wilkinson. All four will be threatening defenses for 1.5 years to come.
#10 MASE
Debutants
The one team moving up into the Top 10 is MASE.
