Jaden Colzie Jaden Colzie 6'0" | PG Plymouth Whitemarsh | 2024 State PA – 5’10″ / Sophomore / Plymouth Whitemarsh / NJ Scholars Elite / Combo Guard: In 2020-21 Colzie started every game for the Colonials as a freshman and posted 8.5 ppg. With the graduation of leading scorer Luke DiCianno and transfer of several key players from that 2020-21 team (9-1 league record), Colzie immediately ascends to the PW’s number one scoring option for this season. That is a role he is more than capable of handling. He has an excellent feel for changing speeds and direction at exactly the right moment so he can get to the rim for a bucket. He excels in transition as well as half-courts. He can also use the dribble to get to his mid-range spots. As a bonus, his 3-pont shot is automatic. Colzie plays with an intensity and confidence that is palpable. He holds offers from North Texas and St. Bonaventure.
Jacob Cummiskey – 6’3’’ / Sophomore / CB East / Team Final Black / Combo Guard: The little-known hero of CB East’s last second District 1 playoff victories over Boyertown and North Penn will step into the spotlight here in 2021-22. Cummiskey is a tall and wiry lefty who can play as a point guard or operate as a shooting guard / wing. His ability to slash to the rim and score the rock through traffic in creative ways is impressive. Still, it is the well-rounded nature of his skill set that will turn college coaches’ heads. He owns a high basketball IQ, shoots the 3-ball efficiently, cleans the glass and plays solid defense. His 14 points, 5 assists, 5 rebounds and 3 steals performance in a win over rival CB West in March 2021 is just one example of the complete skill set Cummiskey owns.
Michael Farley Michael Farley 6'7" | PF Central Bucks South | 2022 State PA – 6’7” / Senior / CB South / Philly Heat / Center: As an athletic, high-level stretch-4 who can handle the rock like a guard, Farley is guaranteed to play at the next level. However, before the happens, we predict he will post a POY worthy senior season. On the interior Farley can score from either elbow with a quick power dribble and a strong finish at the rim. A nice flip hook is also part of Farley’s interior offensive repertoire. Farley’s perimeter game features an extremely dependable 3-point shot. After he drains 2-3 treys, Farley frequently will use a pump fake, then one or two dribble to get to his beautiful mid-range jumper. For his size, Farley runs rim-to-rim smoothly and will elevate to flush on a defender. At the defensive end, Farley plays with energy, is a tremendous rim protector and a solid rebounder. During a five-game hot stretch of the 2020-21 season, Farley posted an average of 15 points and 5.6 rebounds per game and hit 9 total threes.
Tyler Meinel – 6’5” / Junior / CB South / Total Skills / Small Forward: In January 2021 Meinel received his first varsity start and posted an 18-point game against Souderton. He used the momentum from that performance as a springboard for a tremendous sophomore season that included a career high 28 points in a win over CB East and ended with a 1st Team All-SOL selection. Meinel (12 ppg.) is a scoring threat from all 3-levels. His jump shot is automatic from multiple spots on the floor and Meinel’s height allows him to shoot over most defenders guarding him. That combination makes him extremely difficult to guard. On defense, Meinel is sneaky fast and anticipates well, which produces an astonishing number of steals for this big man. Back in July at Big Shots-Philly Pride event, he averaged 16 ppg. and was selected as a tournament all-star.
Aaron Sanders Aaron Sanders 6'1" | PG Bensalem | 2022 State PA – 6’2” / Senior / Bensalem / DBA Elite / Point Guard: During the 2020-21 season, Sanders was a do-everything lead guard who averaged 16 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3 assists per game. Those impressive numbers earned Sanders 1st Team All-SOL honors after last season. Sanders is a downhill style of guard who excels in transition by fearlessly attacking the rim with his speed and elusive handles. However, Sanders is never out of control on the fast break and makes good decisions. So, if Sanders gets cut off, he will distribute the ball to an open teammate instead of forcing an ill-advised shot. His dribble penetration skills are also remarkably effective in the half court, where Sanders can score off the bounce or drive and kick to the 3-point line. Sanders offensive game is capped off by a dependable jumper that has range out to the arc. His size, speed, healthy vertical and nose for the ball make Sanders an excellent rebounding guard.
