Snow Canyon vs. Ridgeline
Most publications had Ridgeline as the top team in 4A after they took care of Dixie but soon after that win against a Dixie team that was missing their best player Risko Brooks Risko Brooks 6'1" | CG Dixie | 2022 State UT Ridgeline put it on the line against Snow Canyon. The resutl was that Snow Canyon found a way to stay undefeated beating a really good team. Lyman Simmons Lyman Simmons 6'10" | PF RSL Academy | 2023 State UT showed up and he was stellar in the win. Previously Snow Canyon was getting most of their points from Bowen Hammer Bowen Hammer 6'8" | CG Fairmont Prep Academy | 2023 CA-S who still had a good game but it was Lyman that really played his team into a win. Peyton Knowles Peyton Knowles 6'6" | SF Ridgeline | 2022 State UT and Josh Jackman Josh Jackman 6'8" | SF Ridgeline | 2022 State UT had good games for Ridgeline as Kaden Cox Kaden Cox 6'0" | SG Ridgeline | 2022 State UT was somewhat contained. These two teams could meet again when it matters most.
6’3 G Max Toombs Max Toombs 6'3" | CG Corner Canyon | 2023 State UT || Corner Canyon High School || 2023 ||
Max Toombs Max Toombs 6'3" | CG Corner Canyon | 2023 State UT is that player that plays with a chip on his shoulders as he s always playing at a high level and he rarely takes any plays off, his motor is always on at both ends of the floor. He never stays in one spot, he is always ball hunting and shot hunting. Max and the Chargers went to Idaho and ran the table going 4-0.
6’2 G Jake Nadauld Jake Nadauld 6'2" | CG Springville | 2022 State UT || Springville High School || 2022 ||
Jake is an off the radar prospect that is having a spectacular season as he can really shoot from the outside and slash his way to the cup. Jake would be an ideal high academic prospect that could land at a D3 or NAIA that require high academics. Kid could really play.
6’5 W Aiden Oliphant || Cottonwood High School || 2023 ||
Aiden has been at Cottonwood when they started to make a turn for better fortune and now that he is a junior he has help but Aiden continues to help himself as well. Aiden is putting up some solid number but the most impressive aspect of the numbers is that he rebounds and finds players in scoring positions. Really like his positional size as a bigger guard.
5’11 PG Zaquel Cossa || Hunter High School || 2024 ||
Zaquel has been a new comer that has started to get going for Hunter as they have reached .500. Zaquel had a breakout game against Clearfield which could really spark the Wolverines moving forward.
