Chudi has been on a tear this year. In 6 games he has posted three 30+ point games. He is doing it from all over the floor. Chudi has been a solid prospect coming into this year but he has really sprinted out of the gate and the best part of it all is that he continues to score at a high clip. To add to the scoring is that he is rebounding and passing the ball really well. Keep an eye on Chudi as he garners more attention as the season rolls on.
6’3 G Max Toombs Max Toombs 6'3" | CG Corner Canyon | 2023 State UT || Corner Canyon High School ||
Max is another player that is off to a hot start. One of the more impressive games that we watched him at was when he was playing in the Holiday Hoopfest. A lot of time the knock on Utah kids is that they do well in-state but do not preform out of state. Max was able to matchup against some tough Division 1 guards and not only did he hold his own he has in his bag using his tough and hard-nose style of play. He was hitting from deep and getting in the lane finishing against some really good bigs. Max has a solid game and he should be getting some serious looks to play at the next level.
6’8 G Brock Felder Brock Felder 6'8" | SF Parowan | 2023 State UT || Parowan High School ||
New school, new heights that Brock has been reaching. Not only has his game grown, his stature has grown as well as he seems to be two inches taller this season. Brock is putting up some tough numbers as he is scoring 19 PPG. There is no reason he should not have a double-double each game as he can fly out of the gym and he is active enough to get extra touches. Brock has a few D1 offers as he had a great Spring/Summer with the Utah Prospects as now he looks to lock those in and possibly pick up more offers along the way.
6’0 G Quentin Meza Quentin Meza 6'0" | PG Cyprus | 2023 State UT || Cyprus High School ||
It only took three games for Quentin to hit the 1,000 point mark and now he is just out there doing his thing like he always does. Quentin has a special talent to have counters to all defensive approaches when he is being defended. He has an even quicker release this year. Quentin is paying with high intensity and a high motor again that will surely spark his team.
6’0 G Yorgio Golesis Yorgio Golesis 5'10" | SG Skyline | 2023 State UT || Skyline High School ||
Yorgio plays with some talented guards but his consistent play has really elevated his game and his team. He is strong and shifty. He is a fun uptempo player to watch that is always moving.
