He didn’t have much of an issue scoring inside the paint, finishing with a team high of twenty-one points. Rebounding was also an area where he made a large impact, pulling down more than ten rebounds in the win.
Cape Fear HS Junior Guard Masaun Bryant: The lefty simply knows how to put the ball in the bucket at a high level, scoring a game high of twenty-nine points. He can blow by defenders using his speed to score inside or knock down shots from the perimeter with his outstanding shooting ability.
Southeastern Homeschool Senior Guard Brantley Springer Brantley Springer 6'3" | CG Southeastern | 2022 State NC : Has an outstanding IQ for the game and was an extension of the coach on the court. He has solid ball-handling skills, nice vision/passing ability and doesn’t allow any type of defensive pressure to speed him up. Scoring from multiple levels with both hands, you can tell this youngster puts in a high amount of time on his craft.
South Wake Sabres Senior Guard Jordan France: In the first half he had some good looks that simply didn’t fall for him, but he stayed locked in and aggressive. In the second half he continued to attack and found his rhythm scoring the ball, scoring all seventeen of his points in that half which helped his team get the win.
Cape Fear HS Senior Wing RJ McDonald RJ McDonald 6'1" | CG Cape Fear | 2022 State NC : He got off to a quick start, scoring eleven of his sixteen points in the first half. Although he can knock the three-point shot, the midrange game is where he is highly efficient regardless of the defensive pressure.
South Wake Sabres Sophomore Guard Jackson Jones: He brings a high amount of energy on both ends of the floor which helped to ignite a nice run for their squad in the second half which helped them take the lead. He knocked down the outside shot, defended with intensity and had several impressive assists.
