Drenin Dinkins Drenin Dinkins 6'0" | PG South Iron | 2022 State MO 6’0″ South Iron: The Southwest Baptist recruit led the Panthers to the tournament championship with his all-around excellence. He had his 3-point stroke working in the championship game, but when it wasn’t going in the semifinals, he was still getting buckets with acrobatic drives to the basket and layups in traffic. He was also setting up teammates with some excellent passes.
D.J. Prater 6’2″ South Iron: The athletic wing averaged 16 points in the tournament for the champion Panthers. He was active at both ends of the court with his slashing moves to the basket on offense and excellent play in the transition game. He was also disruptive with his length and athletic ability on defense with his deflections and steals off the full-court press.
Nolan Mathes 6’0″ Lesterville: The 2022 wing scored the 1,000th point of his career during the tournament. He is a difficult cover because he has a crafty skill set and he can score in a variety of ways. He uses his body well around the basket and he will use shot fakes to get himself open. He can also hit perimeter shots and score on the drive as well.
Champ McMurray 6’1 South Iron: A 2022 guard who is stepping into a bigger role as a senior. He’s very athletic with the ability to knock down 3-pointer. He also has a solid mid-range jumper who gets good elevation on his shot.
