Ryan Pettit Ryan Pettit 6'2" | SG Rutgers Prep | 2022 State NJ , 6’2 SG Rutgers Prep
Petit is the top available prospect in the Skyland Conference as he provides the Argonauts with toughness on the perimeter. The 6’2 lefty dives on the floor for loose balls and gets in position to take charges on the defensive end. Petit has a smooth release on his jumper and can get hot from distance in a hurry. He moves very well off the ball and can also put the ball on the floor. Petit is a two-way guard prospect who does what it takes to help his team win.
Quadir Harrell Quadir Harrell 5'10" | PG Bound Brook | 2022 State NJ , 5’10 PG Bound Brook
Harrell led the Crusaders to a 14-0 record last season and is looking to carry over that success into 2021-22. The 5’10 lead guard has a nice handle, which he uses to beat his defender off the bounce and finish around the rim. Harrell is more than just a slasher as he has a good shooting stroke and does not need a lot of space to get his shot off. He knows how to get his teammates involved in the half court and is a leader on the floor. Harrell’s ability to make plays with the ball in his hands is why he is a player to watch in the Skyland Conference.
Logan Blake Logan Blake 6'7" | PF Delaware Valley Regional | 2023 NJ , 6’7 PF Delaware Valley
Blake is one of the most intriguing prospects in the Skyland Conference due to his versatile skillset. The 6’7 forward plays with good footwork down low, which he uses to get position on both ends of the floor. Blake has a good touch around the basket and can finish through contact. He has a nice face-up game and is an underrated passer. Blake is a skilled forward prospect who is ready for a big 2021-22 season.
Ryan Zan, 6’7 PF Rutgers Prep
Zan is a new addition to the Argonauts and should make an impact right away. The Ranney transfer is comfortable on the perimeter as he can knock down jumpers from behind the arc and has an underrated handle. Zan is more than just a shooter as he has a nice touch around the basket and draws contact. He fights for rebounds on both ends of the floor and is an underrated defender. Zan is a stretch-four prospect who is a good addition to the Argonauts’ frontcourt.
Elijah Lewis Elijah Lewis 6'3" | CG Watchung Hills | 2022 State NJ , 6’3 CG Watchung Hills
Lewis had a breakout junior campaign and should have an even bigger senior season. The 6’3 guard is at his best attacking the basket as he is a strong finisher and does not mind drawing contact. Lewis is more than a slasher as he can hit open jumpers from behind the arc and makes good decisions with the ball in his hands. He skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor and uses his athleticism to make plays on the defensive end. Lewis impacts the game at both ends of the floor, making him one of the more intriguing prospects in the Skyland Conference.
