Section 3AAAA Rundown
The beauty of this group is it’s a strong three team race and all three – Park, Eastview, Rosemount – are top ten caliber teams in Class AAAA. Park is the major up and comer with 3/4 starters back and a nationally ranked big that has emerged into the best low post talent in the state (Payne). Eastview was one of the elite teams in the state all of last year winning the South Suburban by three games! The Lightning is one of the three deepest teams in Class AAAA hoops. And Rosemount was the squad that represented 3AAAA at the state tournament. They lost a lot of experience but the up and coming talent along with a star in Siwek will keep them a top team. Keep an eye on Jefferson and Eagan too as they have the talent to make a jump.
