The new rankings saw a bit of movement around the top of the state’s wings, but as we know with rankings they are subject to change. Ranging from 5A public schools to Prep Academies, the state of 2022 wings features quite a few elite shooters from Denver to Monument along with an athletic anomaly.

Eaglecrest High School’s most intriguing prospect, Mostapha Elmoutaouakkil Mostapha Elmoutaouakkil 6'4" | SF Eaglecrest | 2022 State CO proved to be capable attacking and finishing around the rim with both hands. Coming off a consistent junior season, Elmoutaouakkil averaged 13.5 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game on shooting splits of (fg/3p/ft) 52/44/63. The rangy wing has an excellent feel for the game, capable of controlling pace and plays exceptional in traffic in part thanks to his height at 6’5. His ability to get downhill appears effortless given his long strides and ability to change gears.
