The three day event featured the best post graduate teams from all over the country, ranging from the New England perennial powerhouses to teams in VA, FL, OH, PA, NJ, MD, KS and more.
With so many teams and so much high level talent, I have broken down the standouts into different regions and parts within the regions to make following easier.
We take a look at part four of the standouts in New England, which featured tons of teams mostly from the NEPSAC.

Justin Perez Justin Perez 6'3" | PG Springfield Commonwealth | 2022 State NLG | 6’3” CG | Springfield Commonwealth Academy 2022
Perez was huge for SCA in their only game, a win over IMG Academy on Sunday morning, and he was their top shot maker and one of their primary ball handlers as well. The 6’3” guard showed that he can get to spots and make shots as he changed speeds and directions well, created space and made shots off the move as well. He finished with 20 points on 7-for-12 shooting from the field and pitched in 3 assists and 2 steals.
Dior Davis Dior Davis 6'0" | PG Springfield Commonwealth | 2022 State NLG | 6’0” CG | Springfield Commonwealth Academy 2022
Davis was the guy who set the tone for SCA in their win, as he pressured the basketball the entirety of the game and made energy plays on both ends of the floor. He has very quick feet and hands and anticipates well when guarding the ball, he has great speed in transition with the ball in his hands and he made plays when his team needed him to on both ends of the floor. He finished with 10 points, 5 assists, 3 rebounds and 3 steals in their win.
Isaiah Miranda Isaiah Miranda 7'1" | C Southern California Academy | 2023 #38 Nation CA-S | 7’0” C | Springfield Commonwealth Academy 2023
Miranda had one of the top performances in the event in their win over IMG where he went for 28 points and 7 rebounds on 11-for-19 shooting from the field and had some of the top highlight plays in the whole event. He may be one of the best long term prospects in the entire event, as he continues to show improvement and has a skill set that most players his size don’t. He can shoot it from deep and can create shots on step backs and pull-ups on the perimeter, he can rebound and play above the rim in the post and with the way he’s improving I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s listed as a top 25 player in the country soon.
Massai Graham Massai Graham 6'7" | SF Springfield Commonwealth | 2022 State NLG | 6’7” F | Springfield Commonwealth Academy 2023
Graham was very impressive in SCA’s win over IMG as the hybrid forward showed elite athleticism and played with a great motor throughout the game. He has a great frame at 6’7” with good strength and long arms, he’s a very explosive athlete with power to his finishing ability above the rim and he uses his athleticism on both ends of the floor. He finished with 13 points on 5-for-7 shooting in their win.
Jonathan Beagle Jonathan Beagle 6'9" | PF St. Thomas More | 2022 State NLG | 6’9” PF | St. Thomas Moore 2022
The Albany commit wasted no time getting it going in the first game of the event, as he showed an entire bag on the offensive end with versatility and a lot of different tools that should translate immediately to the next level. He’s a scoring post who can get it done in the paint in both face ups and with his back to the basket, he has great moves and counters and good touch and athleticism as a finisher and he showed he can stretch the floor as well. He finished the event averaging 19 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2 assists per game in their two games.
Taku Youngblood Taku Youngblood 6'1" | PG St. Thomas More | 2022 State NLG | 6’2” PG | St. Thomas Moore 2022
Youngblood is a new name that took advantage of the weekend and should see some division one suitors come his way as the Japan native showed a lot of moxy and skill to his game throughout the weekend. He’s a shifty lead guard who can create for himself and others off the bounce, he showed he can make tough shots from multiple levels and run the show as he got them into their sets and set the tone on both ends of the floor and he made winning plays on both ends of the floor. He averaged 15.5 points and 5.5 assists per game in their two games, and went for 24 points and 6 assists against Montverde CBD.
Achile Spadone | 6’4” CG | St. Thomas Moore 2022
Spadone got hurt in St. Thomas Moore’s last game and he was a big loss for them, as he played well in the first game and was playing very well in the second game too. The native of Switzerland is a big guard with good feel and instincts on both ends of the floor, he can stick it from deep and the midrange consistently and he made good decisions with the ball in his hands. He finished with 14 points on 5-for-7 shooting from the field and 3-for-5 from deep in their first game against FUMA.
