Committing Time is now for the top players of the Class of 2022.  

November marks the first signing window, formerly called the NCAA Early Signing Period.  Each college basketball aspirant is allowed to formerly sign their National Letter of Intent (NLI) to the college of their choice, when the college sends over the "paperwork."  

Not every player will or must sign during the Early Signing Period.  On occasion, a Top 25 player in the nation will not even sign the NLI at all, because doing so, at least historically, would limit their ability to decommit and sign elsewhere.   

It is a turbulent time for basketball recruiting specifically and college basketball globally and, as you surely noticed, transfers are extremely common.  Ideally, the players signing this week will love and be loved at the homes they are committing to.
