Gallatin’s Cannon Hale is a 6’3" guard with "really good range," according to GHS legend Bobby Luna.  "He is the classic shooter.  He is going to do most of his scoring as a perimeter player.  He can drive it a some, but but is mostly a perimeter type player."

Truly, no guard south of Knoxville bravely welcomes the big shots better than Alcoa’s Tai Cates Tai Cates 5'11" | PG Alcoa | 2023 State TN . Since his sophomore year Cates began rangy, clutch shooting in varsity games. Adding Jahvin Carter Jahvin Carter 6'1" | PG Alcoa | 2024 State TN certainly helped alleviate some defensive pressure for Cates, though his proclivity for taking and making clutch shots remains.
