Jack Fessenden Jack Fessenden 6'2" | SG Troy Buchanan | 2023 State MO 6’2 Troy: The 2023 guard was one of the most impressive players in the event as he scored 28 points in the Trojans’ victory over Parkview. He is a plus shooter from 3-point range and he has developed other parts of his offensive package. He also handled the ball well and played a good floor game.
Grant Schroeder Grant Schroeder 6'2" | SF Borgia | 2023 State MO 6’2 Borgia: The 2023 guard scored a game high 29 points in the Knights’ victory over Rolla. He was scorching from long distance in the first half as he drained all six of his 3-point attempts. What I liked about his performance is that he was very efficient. He scored a lot without a high volume of shots.
Quin Blackburn Quin Blackburn 6'7" | PF Pacific | 2023 State MO 6’8 Pacific: The 2023 forward was the top post player in the event. He has a variety of moves and good footwork in the low post. He’s learning to read how defenders are playing him and he adjusts well. He was also controlling the defensive boards well.
Adam Rickman Adam Rickman 6'6" | SF Borgia | 2024 State MO 6’4” Borgia: A solid young 2024 forward who did most of his damage around the basket. He is excellent when he is attacking the basket off the dribble. The lefty can score and play through contact. He also moves well without the ball as he can find the openings in the defense to get easy layups inside.
Luke Foster 6’6″ Rolla: A 2023 forward who had 16 points and six rebounds against Borgia. He has good skills and versatility to go along with his size. He displayed a nice stroke from 3-point range to stretch the defense while also being able to score around the basket. He’s also a willing passer and a solid rebounder.
Charlie Nett 6’0″ Troy: The 2023 point guard had an excellent performance with 15 points and four assists in the victory over Parkview. He shot the ball well from 3-point range and did a nice job handling the ball against Parkview’s quickness and pressure. He is strong on the dribble and he gets to where he wants to go while also getting his team into its offense, which scored an impressive 70 points on the night.
Robert Gray 5’9″ Capital City: A 2023 point guard who made a big impact with his speed and quickness in his team’s victory over Pacific. He was consistently getting into the lane with his burst as he found open teammates off his penetration. He was also a reliable shooter from 3-point range.
