2023 Deacon Dietz Deacon Dietz 6'3" | SG Mark Morris | 2023 State WA | 6’1 CG | Mark Morris HS
Game 1, Deacon looked like an elite player in transition. He finished above and around defenders with either hand. He has good open floor speed with and without the ball. He showed his PG capabilities by getting multiple paint touches and finding teammates for easy buckets. In game 2, Deacon showed more of his scoring ability. He hit four threes, one being a high-level move– PF, one dribble sidestep. He also hit some middy pull-ups which showed his 2nd-level scoring ability. In both game she showcased his defensive potential; he is strong and has active hands which leads to a lot of deflections and steals. High upside prospect in 2023.
2023 Mason Williams Mason Williams 6'4" | PG O'Dea | 2023 State WA | 6’3 CG | O’Dea HS
Good size guard with long arms. Mason played at a steady pace all weekend. At times it looked as if he was moving in slow motion, but he never had issues getting to his spots. He can be effective playing on and off the ball. He is a good shooter off the dribble and can do it from mid and three-point range. Mason is also a good playmaker in pick-and-roll situations.
2023 Maddux Preder | 5’11 SG | Lake Stevens HS
Maddux has a nice game. He plays hard and is always looking to attack his defender. He played off two feet when he got in the paint and had some tough contact finishes. Nice pull-up jumper out of the pick-and-roll.
2023 Tennessee Rainwater | 6’5 SG | Davenport HS
An active off-ball defender that plays the game with high energy. He’s at his best when slashing to the rim; he’s a big-time athlete that will finish over you. He shut the gym down with a nasty poster on day 1. He has a solid handle and awareness which allows him to create shots for himself; smooth jumper.
2023 KeShawn Lewis | 6’0 PG | Foss HS
Quick guard that plays downhill. Although it might have just been the showcase vibes rubbing off on him, he seems to be more of a scoring guard than passing. Lewis has a good handle and quick first step that help him get to the rim where he is a relentless finisher. He didn’t shoot a lot of threes but proved he is capable.
