#27 PHU – Jaxson Roberts Jaxson Roberts 6'2" | PG Corner Canyon | 2023 State UT || Corner Canyon High School ||
Solid PG that has great IQ and a balanced game. He gets others involved but is mart enough when to know he has a mismatch. Could really be a huge part of what Corner Canyon does this year. He is a glue guy.
#31 PHU – Daishaun Buie Daishaun Buie 6'6" | C Jordan | 2023 State UT || Murray High School ||
Talk about an athlete. Daishaun has moved into the Murray boundaries and will suit up with another big, which will push him over to a more natural 4 man position. While his jump shoot is still developing having a good knack for running the floor Daishaun gets out and plays above the rim. With a nice lefty power game Daishaun might be a player to invest some time and development into.
#38 PHU – Zuriel Marquez Zuriel Marquez 6'2" | CG Juan Diego Catholic | 2023 State UT || Juan Diego Catholic ||
Zu Marquez makes his way back to the soaring Eagle after a year at RSL Academy. Zu is an athletic guard that rises to the level of his competition. He a good left to right crossover and he has really worked on changing speeds with his moves as well as pushing the ball up the floor. Zu has also worked on getting his jumper more consistent. He would be a lock at any NWAC school looking for a guard that can run the PG position or off-guard.
#40 PHU – Chomp (Jaxson) Jones Chomp (Jaxson) Jones 6'1" | CG Desert Hills | 2023 State UT || Desert Hills High School ||
Great speed and quickness coming off of a stop. He is a high level defender that can switch. Hold his own on the post.His scrappy style of play allows for various steals, tips and easy breakout scoring opportunities. Great vision attacking the rim in knowing when to keep it and play through contact or drop it off with a smooth soft pass to a teammate. Shoots well and moves well without the ball.
#44 PHU – Brayden Whitehead Brayden Whitehead 6'10" | C Bingham | 2023 State UT || Bingham High School ||
Raw big at 6’9, but with a 7’1 wingspan he alters shots and hauls in rebounds. He is still under developed as he hasn’t had as many games under his belt as he has not played on a grassroots team in a competitive platform. Look for him to earn valuable minutes this year and it could spark the desire to improve and work on his game.
