Fantastically quick. Thomas Paul Thomas Paul 6'3" | SG White County | 2023 State TN finished the event as the 7th best camper on the day, but his potential beyond this year is what matters. The verdict is still out and yet Thomas Paul Thomas Paul 6'3" | SG White County | 2023 State TN has all the makings of a D2 prospect.
During the combine Paul played like a hyper-aware shooting guard with great high school height for the position. Standing 6-foot-2, he is average height and size for a college “2”. Average height for the position is fine. He brings skills to it too.
Shooting is a redeemable skill. Paul also demonstrated a fanstastically quick for a player that ordinarily would project as a catch-and-shoot guy.
Caden Windle Caden Windle 6'6" | SF William Blount | 2024 State TN | 6’4” SG | William Blount

- Lane Agility — 13.40, 12.93
- Camp Ranking — #38
NBA Stylistic Comparison: 2021 Pelicans Josh Hart
College Projection: Division III
As of June 2021, Caden was still a little stiff with the handle though his limitations are not permanent. At 6-foot-4+ and entering his sophomore season, Windle is obviously still growing into his body and developing physically. His hands are soft and the ability to finish above the rim with regularity is only a year away.
Caden Windle Caden Windle 6'6" | SF William Blount | 2024 State TN projects as a 2/3 at the college level.
What can he improve in the interim? Caden Windle Caden Windle 6'6" | SF William Blount | 2024 State TN must get stronger and develop his chest/shoulders. As a taller guard, Windle will frustrate opponents with a high shot release. They will bump him, shove him, grab him. There has to be an ability to shed those pesky defenders and finish anyway.
During the 5-vs.-5 the touches were lower than ideal, and Caden looked to be a scoring threat when he did find the ball. Often, the older players and guards dominate the ball and wings/bigs get accidently or intentionally bypassed. Windle’s skills were muted a touch and it will be fun to watch him thrive with William Blount this winter.
Windle showed good transition speed both directions. There is a little grit to his game. He played with pride too. Intangibles were encouraging.
