This is a great opportunity to see a bunch of guys as they head into their first season of high school basketball. The field was loaded with talent this year featuring some elite top end talent.
As usual, our staff will be providing wall-to-wall coverage over the next week. We will provide an evaluation of every player that was in attendance along with plenty of other featured content. To begin, here are the top performers from Saturday’s event.
Lebron Gough Lebron Gough 6'1" | PG Cathedral | 2025 State IN (Cathedral H.S. 2025)
A do-it-all 6’0″ guard that was excellent throughout the event on Saturday. Gough is an explosive athlete, gets downhill to the rim quickly off the dribble, and has the skill to finish inside. One of the better backcourt prospects in the state for the Class of 2025.
Colby Hall Colby Hall 6'6" | PF Brownstown Central | 2025 State IN (Scottsburg H.S. 2025)
Hall has excellent size at 6’6″ and showed his interior scoring ability at the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase. He was great as the roll man in pick-and-roll situations with good hands and a soft touch as a finisher inside. Rebounded at a high level as well. Will be a name to remember coming out of southern Indiana.
Chase Konieczny Chase Konieczny 6'4" | SG South Bend Saint Joseph | 2025 State #277 Nation IN (South Bend St. Joseph H.S. 2025)
Just like his older brother, Konieczny is a super-skilled wing with a long and athletic frame. He shot the ball very well throughout the day showing off a sweet stroke from beyond the arc. At 6’3″ he has the ability to get up and finish above the defense on his way to the rim. As he continues to grow he will just become even more of a problem for opposing defenses.
Azavier Robinson Azavier Robinson 6'1" | PG Lawrence North | 2025 State #88 Nation IN (Lawrence North H.S. 2025)
Robinson stood out with his ability to flat out score the basket. He is a three level scorer that knocked in threes and finished his drives with dunks. Very athletic with a quick first step that gets him by his defenders and makes him a monster when attacking closeouts. Will be one of the better players in the class over the next four years.
Brandon Rogers Jr Brandon Rogers Jr 6'0" | PG Anderson | 2025 State IN (Crispus Attucks H.S. 2025)
Rodgers Jr. was one of the better point guards at the event and will have a chance to help Crispus Attucks sooner rather than later in the backcourt. The 6’0″ playmaker was excellent off of the dribble consistently penetrating the defense and creating offense. He has a strong frame and plays with great pace for a young prospect. The tools are there for Rodgers Jr. to develop into one of the better lead guards in the state.
