Jaydin Dunlap Jaydin Dunlap 6'1" | PG Bolingbrook | 2022 State IL (Bolingbrook-2022)
Dunalp was electric in his first couple games of the day. At first glance Jaydin looked to only be a great athlete as he started the game with back to back dunks. As the day went on he showed the ability to not only play above the rim on the offensive end, but also the ability to knock down an open jump shot. Jaydin has a great build that will transition nicely at the next level.
Asher Jackson Asher Jackson 6'5" | SG Carmel Catholic | 2022 State IL (Carmel Catholic-2022)
Jackson is explosive driving to his left hand. This 6’5” guard made easy work of getting to the rim when he got the ball in his hands. My big questions on Asher were his ability to knock down the open three pointer, but after watching him a few games of his he showed that he is not afraid to step up and knock down the shot. If he can continue to develop a motor, Asher will definitely be a prospect to keep an eye on for the class of 2022.
Conrad Luczynski Conrad Luczynski 7'2" | C Bartlett | 2022 State IL (Bartlett-2022)
Conrad was the most intriguing player that I saw all day. This 7 footer has some great basketball ahead of him. Obviously with his height you would expect him to be able to finish well around the rim, which he did, but Conrad also showed some major ability in knocking down the mid range jump shot. He looked fluid with the shot and if he can continue to work on his mobility he could continue to raise his stock to college coaches.
Ethan Marlowe Ethan Marlowe 6'8" | PF St. Charles North | 2022 State IL (St. Charles North-2022)
Ethan is a player that college coaches should be on now. Standing at 6’8” Marlowe showed the ability to score on all three levels. Marlowe is a matchup nightmare on the offensive end. If a team puts a guard on him then he can go down in the post. If they do the opposite and put a post on him then he has the ability to take that player off the dribble. Marlowe should be on a lot of coaches radars heading into this season. If he can get a nonstop motor his stock has a chance to explode.
Jackson Niego Jackson Niego 6'0" | PG Lyons Township | 2023 State IL (Lyons Township-2023)
Jackson’s game is very Steve Nash like. Standing at 6’0” he showed great ability to control the game as a true PG. He was able to make a lot of passes that you don’t see many people his age be able to make. His strong physique allowed him to control the defender when he had the ball in his hands to get anywhere that he wanted on the court. To go along with being a very competent passer he showed that he is an elite shooter knocking down nine 3’s in his final game.
Dylan Schmidt Dylan Schmidt 6'4" | SG Johnsburg | 2023 State IL (Johnsburg-2023)
Schmidt is a player you describe as consistent. After watching him multiple times throughout the day you never saw him make too many mistakes. For being a bigger guard he showed a plus ability in handling the rock and finding his teammates for open looks. With his size and ability he should enter the radar of college coaches.
Simon Weisserman Simon Weisserman 6'7" | SF Lake Forest Academy | 2023 State IL (Lake Forest Academy-2023)
Weisserman standing at 6’7” is a junk yard dog. The forward at first look has a good build that should intrigue a lot of small college coaches. Simon showed great ability in crashing the offensive glass and getting easy buckets by outworking his opponents. He also showed the ability to knock down the open three. On the defensive end his timing on blocked shots was exceptional as well.
