Khaleel came into #PHTop250 extremely aggressive and looking for his shot. The sophomore showed that he belonged on the court with some of the best that had assembled at the camp. With his length, his mid-range pull-up was difficult to contest for smaller defenders. He rebounded well on both ends of the floor. He knows how to get more done by using less. It didn’t take a lot of dribbles to get into his jumper, where he produced in high volumes.
He was highly active on the defensive end of the court, and his length was a significant factor with his on-ball D.
He has the physical attributes and tools in his toolbox to develop into a player that will find his name on college boards. Opportunities for Growth: Continue putting in work in the weight room, working on getting stronger.
Kenneth Raggs Kenneth Raggs 6'3" | SG Rockdale | 2022 State GA – Wing (6’3/2022/Rockdale County High School-GA)

Kenneth would definitely be listed in the article if I was writing on the top shooters from the camp. Kenneth has deep range from beyond the arc, and he does not need a lot of space to get his shot off.
He is a lethal shooter, and very few at the camp were as talented at one specific skill as Kenneth was.
Opportunities for Growth: With Kenneth getting ready to enter into his senior season, I encourage him to show the ability to move without the ball and use screens to get open. This has to be a year that he shows college coaches what else he brings to the table along with the elite-level shooting.

Miodrag was one of the most consistent performers at camp. He showed his entire offensive game as he was one of the most productive players I watched. He shot it extremely well from behind the arc, has a nice floater, handed out plenty of assist, and finished well in transition. Miodrag was productive, efficient, and moved the ball well as the offense ran through him.
Positive things happened for his team when the ball touched his hands.
His on-ball defense created problems as he was up in the ball-handler with active hands. Opportunities for Growth: Miodrag definitely has what it takes to find himself playing at the next level. He has to continue to work on getting stronger. He has to continue working on creating space when the ball is in his hands and when he is looking for his shot.
Jake Chandler Jake Chandler 6'3" | SG North Oconee | 2023 State GA – Wing (6’3/2023/North Oconee High School-GA)

As I sat and watched Jake play, one thing kept coming to mind: how quick his release is. He was getting his shot off in a blink of the eye. The ball wasn’t falling early, but when he got going, he was a threat every time the ball touched his hands. Jake can score in waves from behind the arc in c&s situations or off the dribble. He was effective as an iso scorer and showed he could play in P&R action.
When getting to the rack, he had some crafty finishes at the rim.
Again, when he got it going, he got buckets anytime, anywhere on the court, and against any defender. Opportunities for Growth: Jake has to continue working on his handles and working on the defensive end of the court. I challenge Jake to go back and study film on JJ Reddick and how he moved without the ball and used screens to get open and get his shot off.
Justin Mccarter Justin Mccarter 6'4" | SF Osborne | 2023 State GA – Wing (6’4/2023/Osborne High School-GA)

Justin has good size and length and uses it on both ends of the court. He has a toolbox that is full of tools to get it done on the offensive end of the court. He was one of the more versatile players as he can create off the bounce and knock down the mid-range pull-up. He showed his athleticism as he got out in transition and finished at the rim. He showed that he can knock that the trey ball as well as finish thru contact.
He takes long strides when he is attacking off the bounce, and he doesn’t get knocked off course when he gets the defender on his hip.
He was active on the boards and started the break often when securing the defensive board. Opportunities for Growth: Justin has the ability to be just as good on the defensive end of the court as he is on the offensive end. I challenge him to commit to raising his play on the defensive end of the court.
I will be bringing you more coverage from #PHTop250, so stay tuned.
