About Kramer: A long and athletic wing, Kramer had a huge state tournament last season, helping lead the Dragons to a 4A runner-up finish. He’s coming off a strong summer with Kingdom Hoops that saw him land some mid-major offers, and he committed to play his college ball at South Dakota. He’s working to improve his jumper, but while he works on ironing that out, he does a great job using his length, athleticism, and physicality to get to the rim and finish strong.
Why he can win Mr. Basketball: While Kramer’s career numbers don’t come close to the rest of the players on this countdown, he’ll be the focal point of a Johnston team that will be among the best teams in 4A this year. If he can put up strong numbers while leading Johnston to a 4A title, he’ll get plenty of attention.
