About Campbell: A long, athletic, and lightning-quick lead guard, Campbell was arguably the most important player for the Tigers last season, a year in which they rolled through the regular season. He impacts the game on both ends of the floor with his length, quickness, and talent, and he’s one of the best passers in the state. He has remarkable court vision and is a creative passer who loves to get others involved. He has really improved as a shooter, turning himself into a legitimate weapon from the arc, which just opens up the rest of his game. He’s committed to play at Northern Iowa.
Why he can win Mr. Basketball: Campbell’s career numbers aren’t nearly what the top three on this countdown are, but he’ll be the face of a Cedar Falls team that has a chance to win the 4A title. He’s one of the best two-way players in the state, and if he leads the Tigers to a championship, he’ll be in the running for this honor.
