Starting defensively, the Merrimack commit took the challenge head-on against two of the top guards in the state and it felt like he won those individual matchups. With Emery's quickness and 3-point sharpshooting, he can make defenders pick their poison.  Wouldn't call Emery a point guard, but he definitely has a good feel for the game and upper-level floor vision.  Also a plus athlete, the 5-foot-10 senior was all over the rim in transition throughout the day.
