With school populations slightly smaller than their 5A counterparts, the 4A classification showcases a lot of great talent throughout the state of Idaho. Many of these schools have multi-sport athletes who excel in many sports and basketball players are not too difficult to find. As with all of these lists, a number of players should also get a mention, but in order to not have to rewrite the Encyclopedia with each article, the list of players must be limited in order to be more easily digestible. Continue reading for a look at some of the top talent to watch from the 4A classification in the state of Idaho.

Jacob Martinez Jacob Martinez 6'0" | PG Vallivue | 2022 State ID , Vallivue: Jacob has already put together a really solid prep career and will look to cap his career off with a quality senior season. Jacob can shoot with the best of them in the state and he has proven himself to be a deadly scorer once he gets hot. Martinez worked this past offseason in order to improve his efficiency on the floor by increasing his shooting percentages from the field and free throw line while also limiting his turnovers.
