Here are the top available NJAC prospects in the 2022 class.
Ethan Sutherland Ethan Sutherland 6'1" | SG Pequannock | 2022 State NJ , 6’1 SG Pequannock
Sutherland is in store for a big senior campaign as he looks to maintain Pequannock’s success from last season. The 6’1 guard has a nice handle and is a good finisher around the basket. Sutherland does not mind drawing contact around the rim and has a nice release on his jumper. He is an underrated passer and is a strong rebounder for a guard. Sutherland will lead the way for Pequannock this season and will be a player to watch in the NJAC.
Luigi Edoardo Tamborino Luigi Edoardo Tamborino 6'10" | PF Morris Catholic | 2022 NJ , 6’10 PF Morris Catholic
Edoardo Tamborino will be tasked with a bigger role this season and is ready for a breakout campaign. The 6’10 forward knows how to get position down low and can finish around the basket. Edoaro Tamborino has a nice touch and is developing his range. He can pass out of the post and fights for rebounds on both ends of the floor. Edoardo Tamborino will be a go-to guy in the post for Morris Catholic, which should help his stock in a big way.
Ben Reichert Ben Reichert 6'10" | PF Pequannock | 2022 State NJ , 6’10 PF Pequannock
Reichert had a strong summer and is looking for it to carry over into the winter season. The 6’10 forward runs the floor hard, setting himself up for easy dunks and layups in transition. Reichert has a good touch around the basket and has a nice release on his free throws. He uses his length to swat shots around the basket and is tough to box out on both ends of the floor. Reichert is a high-energy big man who should make a big impact for Pequannock this season.
Noah Pit Noah Pit 6'7" | SF Mendham | 2023 NLG , 6’7 SF/PF Mendham
Pit is an intriguing prospect to watch as he affects the game in multiple ways. The 6’7 forward is comfortable playing on the perimeter as he can put the ball on the floor and has a good shooting stroke. Pit can finish around the basket and does not mind drawing contact. He is a strong rebounder and rarely makes bad decisions with the ball in his hands. Pit is a combo forward prospect who is ready to lead Mendham in 2021-22.
Daniel Oyeridan, 6’2 SG Madison
Oyeridan joins Stack in the Madison backcourt, making the Dodgers a team to watch in the NJAC. The 6’2 guard is at his best attacking the basket as he is a good finisher and does not shooting through contact. Oyeridan can also score in the mid-range and can hit open jumpers from distance. He is an underrated rebounder and can slide his feet on the defensive end. Oyeridan is primed for a breakout season for Madison as he gets more touches on the offensive end.
