Skyline High School || Kolton Smith Kolton Smith 6'4" | SG Skyline | 2022 State UT & Yogio Golesis
One of the best 1-2 shooting combos out there as these two prospects can really light it up from the outside. Kolton has some crazy range and Yorgio is shifty in the paint and the outside. These are both players that you need to know where they are as they will knock down open jumpers all day.
American Fork High School || Yaw Reneer Yaw Reneer 6'5" | CG American Fork | 2022 State UT & Evan Young Evan Young 5'11" | PG American Fork | 2022 State UT
American always has a roster full of talent and this duo can do it on both ends of the floor. Yaw is one of the best defenders in the state as he can guard multiple positions at a high level including the little guards. He scores inside but has a good looking outside shot. Evan is a speedy guard that can fly up and down the floor. He is quick to get to his spots and in the lane creating for himself and others. Tough duo to play against.
Copper Hills High School || McCoy Langston McCoy Langston 6'6" | CG Copper Hills | 2022 State UT & Quincy Hills Quincy Hills 6'0" | PG Copper Hills | 2022 State UT
One of the more underrated duo’s in the state as they both have a lot of flare to their game. McCoy is known to be a lights out shooter but he has improved in many more ways than shooting. McCoy handle the ball some and he has improved defensively as well. Quincy on the other hand is a quick guard that can get hot quickly. He is shooting the ball well and he is also a player that can get in the lane and finish.
Corner Canyon High School || Max Toombs Max Toombs 6'3" | CG Corner Canyon | 2023 State UT & Tyler Burraston Tyler Burraston 6'4" | SG Corner Canyon | 2022 State UT
Many think Corner Canyon might be rebuilding but don’t count them out as these two guards will be a tough duo to deal with. Max is as tough as they come as he finishes through contact and he knows how to get others involved as well. Tyler is one of those underrated shooters that stretches the floor. Might not be the name that pops up when you hear of best shooters in the state but he will change that as soon as the season is underway. Keep and eye on this duo because they can score.
Kearns High School || Gott Daw Gott Daw 6'5" | CG Kearns | 2022 State UT & Amare Ames Amare Ames 6'1" | CG Kearns | 2022 State UT
Kearns seems to always have some talent hidden over there on the Westside and Gott Daw Gott Daw 6'5" | CG Kearns | 2022 State UT is a talented 3-4 man that can run up and down the floor. He has an incredible motor and wingspan that allows him to rebound over bigger players and get his team extra touches. Slashing type player that finds ways to get it done. Amare is a sleeper prospect that can shoot the ball. Nice handle but he can get going from deep which is what you want to avoid playing against Kearns and that is play to high. Tough cover when guarding Amare.
