ND Stock Risers
Tyler Kraft Tyler Kraft 6'2" | SG Shanley | 2022 State ND |6-3 SG| Fargo Shanley/Next Level Basketball Academy – New Rank #16 Previous Rank #29
He shot the ball great this summer. I was able to watch him live a few times early in the summer and Kraft was impressive. He shot the ball well last season, this summer he was at a new level. Tyler looks to be playing with a new sense of confidence. Kraft is deadly shooting off the bounce from deep and mid-range. He is not just a shooter, Kraft is a playmaker. I predict him and the Deacons to have an excellent season in the EDC.
Nate Fedorchak Nate Fedorchak 6'1" | SG Bismarck St. Mary's | 2022 State ND |6-1 SG| Bismarck St. Mary’s/ND Phenom – New Rank #18 Previous Rank #31
This lefty from Bismarck will be one of the top shooters from beyond the arc in North Dakota. Nate shot it amazingly well and consistently all spring and summer. Besides being a 3-point flamethrower, Nate has top-notch ball skills. He is efficient and effective in transition. Fedorchak is an active and disruptive defender. He can lock up and jump passing lanes. The Saints will be a top team in the WDA this season and Nate will be one of the top guards.
Scott Wagner Scott Wagner 6'8" | C Ellendale | 2022 State ND |6-8 C| Ellendale/Sacred Hoops – New Rank #20 Previous Rank #25
He was Second Team All-State last season. Wagner was a beast that averaged a double-double in 2020-2021. He will once again be the anchor down-low for the Cardinals. Wagner does it all. He scores, rebounds, and patrols the paint on defense. If opposing teams want to slow down Scott, they will need to bring a double team. He is dominant on the block and equally as good at grabbing O-boards. Scott has a soft finishing touch and some quality footwork on his post moves. Expect a huge year from the big man in Ellendale.
Alex Proctor Alex Proctor 6'1" | SG Fargo Davies | 2022 State ND |6-1 SG| Fargo Davies/ECI – New Rank #25 Previous Rank #41
He is a highlight-type athlete. This winter you will see Proctor on the news for some of his big-time dunks. Over the summer with ECI Alex improved his decision-making and ball handling. He also became a creator that set up teammates. Proctor is great in the open court and in transition. The Eagles like to play fast and Proctor will thrive in the up-tempo game. He will be an exciting and fun player to watch this season. Make sure you watch Proctor and the Eagles this winter.
Jace Friesz Jace Friesz 6'3" | SF Flasher | 2022 State ND |6-3 SF| Flasher – New Rank #29 Previous Rank #37
He was also a Second Team All-State selection last year. Jace will produce a double-double this season and he will put up so eye-opening numbers. Jace and the Bulldogs will come into the season ready to roll after a busy summer of basketball. He is a bright kid and the game has started to slow down for him. Besides putting up impressive numbers, Jace is a great team player that shares the ball and hustles all over the court. Expect Jace to have a phenomenal senior season.
