Braxton Stacker Braxton Stacker 6'5" | SG Cardinal Ritter | 2022 State MO 6’5 Cardinal Ritter: The explosive 2022 wing player scored 26 points to lead his Bulls team to a victory over the Bucks. He displayed his athleticism with a number of impressive dunks and slashing moves to the basket. What was also impressive was his shooting stroke as he knocked down a pair of 3-pointers and a mid-range jumper as well. He plays the game at Full-Tilt Boogie as Sunday was no exception.
Kellen Thames Kellen Thames 6'6" | SG Pattonville | 2022 State MO 6’6″ Pattonville: The 2022 SLU commit had a big game on Sunday with 21 points as he displayed his excellent all-around skill set. His explosive athleticism was also on display as he threw down several dunks. One came on a baseline spin in the low post while the others came in either transition or of the rebound tip-dunk variety. He was getting buckets at all three levels while also dropping some nice dimes to open teammates.
Ben Linnemeyer Ben Linnemeyer 6'5" | SF Link Year | 2023 State MO 6’5 Rock Bridge: The sharpshooting 2023 wing player scored 19 points and knocked down five 3-pointers to lead his Thunder team to an overtime victory over the Clippers. He displayed his shooting stroke throughout the weekend, which culminated in a clutch 3-pointer off the fake and dribble at the buzzer to send the game into overtime. He has excellent size to go along with his strong shooting stroke.
Brandon Mitchell-Day Brandon Mitchell-Day 6'8" | SF MICDS | 2022 State MO 6’8 MICDS: The talented 2022 combo forward had one of the best all-around performances of the day with a game-high 36 points in an overtime loss to the Thunder. He was a matchup nightmare as he consistently beat defenders off the dribble to layups while pulling up for mid-range jumpers, mixed in with a few 3-pointers. He controlled the boards at both ends and also dropped some nice dimes to open teammates.
Justin Duff Justin Duff 6'2" | SG Desmet | 2023 State MO 6’3 DeSmet: The 2023 wing closed out the day with a strong 25-point outing to lead his Warriors team to a victory over the Knicks. He made three 3-pointers, but he did much more than knocking down long distance jumpers. He was attacking well off the dribble and he got out in transition. He also moved well and got buckets off of his cutting to the basket.
Tevin Gowins Tevin Gowins 5'9" | PG Hazelwood Central | 2022 State MO 5’9 Hazelwood Central: The 2022 point guard scored 16 points while displaying an impressive array of offensive moves. He’s a pass-first point guard by nature, but he is also a potent bucket-getter when he’s assertive on the offensive end. He can leave defenders with his quickness and change of speeds with resulted in layups and mid-range jumpers.
Travis Green III Travis Green III 6'2" | SG Hazelwood Central | 2024 State MO 6’2″ Whitfield: The 2024 guard scored 22 points to lead his Lakers to a victory over the Nuggets in the first day of the game. He was ultra-aggressive from the jump as he was pushing the pace and attacking the basket at every opportunity. His motor was running high as he scored on driving layups while also scooping up offensive rebounds for putbacks.
Matt Enright Matt Enright 5'10" | PG Webster Groves | 2022 State MO 6’0″ Webster Groves: The 2022 guard scored a team-high 25 points to lead his Spurs team to an overtime victory over the Suns. Matty Ice can dial it up from long distance as he knocked down three 3-pointers, but his drive game is also solid as he has continued to get stronger as he’s gotten older. He can also shake and bake with the ball on the dribble to create a shot. He picked up an offer from Division II Maryville University during the week.
