It was an event full of great competition and plenty of eyes were on some of the more talented players in the state. From college coaches to plenty of parents and just fans, everyone in attendance got to see a show throughout the afternoon and into the evening on Sunday. For these five players, they were the best of the best that I got a chance to watch in person. Several other players stood out throughout the day but these five were the most consistent from start to finish and were complete game changers. Stay tuned for more coverage from the Expo, but for now, take a look at the Top Overall Performers from Edmond.

had a great day in Edmond and it was obvious after we watched him in person and seeing some of the highlights from the rest of our crew that Mathis was indeed one of the Top Performers from the event. The Enid standout is similar to a few other prospects that you’ll see in this breakdown because he has a lot of the similar traits of a Top Performer. Mathis was smooth with the basketball and was able to be just as successful along the perimeter as he was inside. He was able to use his length on the defensive side of the ball to be disruptive and play strong team defense. While he was one of the last players to really stand out to us, he certainly did stand out.
Corry Smith – 2023 Guard/Forward – Heritage Hall
The only 2023 prospect to make it on this list is Heritage Hall’s Corry Smith. He was the very first prospect that caught my eye and that only continued as we sat down to watch him and his team go to work. Smith stands around 6’3 to 6’4 and has really good ball skills. He was able to shoot it from range and knock down shot after shot. We came away really impressed with his shooting ability but his length and pure athleticism was also on display on Sunday. Whether it was on defense and jumping into a passing lane or running the break and taking it inside, Smith was just a smooth player to watch from start to finish. And there’s no doubt that Heritage Hall will need someone new to step up after the graduation of

and Smith might be that next budding star.

of RLTC Prep. The senior big man was without a doubt dominant on both sides of the floor on Sunday. In just about every game he was in, he was a match-up nightmare at 6’9 and just about every team couldn’t figure out a way to slow the big man down. When he was able to post up and get the ball in the paint, it was game over nearly 100 percent of the time. He also showcased that he can put the ball on the floor and separate from his defender which is a nightmare for the defense. If he starts adding those mid-range fadeaway shots to his game, it’s going to be nearly impossible to defend.

. I don’t think I saw any other player jump as high as Sebock got up for a massive dunk in one of the early games. The Bomber senior just looks the part and was playing that way throughout the afternoon in Edmond. He’s long and quick and when he gets the ball on a breakaway it’s game over nearly every time. He knows how to finish around the rim and more times than not, he’s just going to throw it down. He also showed that he can shoot the ball a little too. While the highlight plays were certainly him going to the rim and jumping nearly out of the gym, the Bomber standout could knock down a jumper from various spots on the floor.

. From start to finish, Raney was lights out on the floor. Every time I got a chance to see his team in action, they were dominating and he was doing a little bit of everything from his point guard position. He was facilitating to other players and setting them up for wide open shots. He also showcased his range as a shooter and was able to knock down shots from just about anywhere on the floor. We saw some really good play from guards throughout the event on Sunday but in my opinion, no guard stood out to me more than the Cashion senior. He’s primed for a massive senior season with the Wildcats this winter.
