I think the best is yet to come for the following kids.
Matthew Cadogan Matthew Cadogan 6'5" | SF St. Thomas Aquinas | 2022 State FL – St. Thomas Aquinas
To my knowledge, 2022 Matthew Cadogan Matthew Cadogan 6'5" | SF St. Thomas Aquinas | 2022 State FL has been offered by Gettysburg and Brandeis. Those are two high-academic schools given Cadogan has a 4.3 GPA. The 6-foot-5 prospect has plenty of length and athleticism for a two guard. Cadogan can execute in transition and finish above the rim. In the halfcourt, he can attack the basket off the dribble or pull-up for a jumper. As a junior, Cadogan shot 52 percent from the field while averaging 14.1 points per game. In addition, he went 32 percent from deep. I think Cadogan will continue to show his ability as a multi-level scorer this season. Cadogan also rebounds well for a guard given his length. I think he has plenty of ball skill to level up on his current offers. Regardless, his academic standing is a huge plus for all inquiring.
Parker Lanosa Parker Lanosa 5'10" | PG Oxbridge | 2023 FL – Oxbridge Academy
2023 Parker Lanosa Parker Lanosa 5'10" | PG Oxbridge | 2023 FL is a prospect I look forward to watching this fall. The 5-foot-10, 165-pound guard is tough and plays above his weight. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if Lanosa is bigger thanks to offseason training. His work ethic translates to a diligent two-way player on the court. Lanosa has some bounce and will attack the rim. He holds an offer from Bellarmine.
Nate Sasser Nate Sasser 6'6" | SG Suncoast | 2023 State #207 Nation FL – Suncoast
2023 Nate Sasser Nate Sasser 6'6" | SG Suncoast | 2023 State #207 Nation FL is a gem prospect in Palm Beach County. The 6-foot-6 prospect can play a point forward role thanks to his athleticism. Sasser is just too big and quick or most guards. Factor his handle at his size and forwards will have a problem staying in front of him. Florida Gulf Coast and South Florida are his current offers. I think Sasser will blow up during his junior season.
Johaun Myles – McArthur
2022 Johaun Myles already holds an offer from Albany State. The 6-foot-4 guard plays smooth while having a great handle. Myles looks great in the halfcourt and makes good choices. He plays both unselfish and aggressive. Myles will attack the rim or make the extra pass when applicable. He understands the game well as its coming to him. I could see Myles putting on more weight given his frame. Any added muscle should only help his college resume as his athleticism is solid. The door is open for Myles to have a big season.
