Drew Greene Drew Greene 5'10" | PG Cherry Hill East | 2022 State NJ , 5’10 PG Cherry Hill East 2022
Greene has the potential for a big weekend with a pair of games against Haverford High and Chester in the Saturday morning games. The 5’9 floor general plays with poise on the ball and is not phased by on-ball pressure. Greene has a good handle and knows how to finish around the basket. He can knock down triples from behind the arc and moves his feet well on the defensive end. Greene’s ability to control the pace of the game is something that will help his stock over the weekend.
Aidan Anderson Aidan Anderson 6'2" | SG Lenape | 2022 State NJ , 6’2 SG Lenape 2022
Rutgers commit Derek Simpson Derek Simpson 6'3" | PG Lenape | 2022 State NJ runs the show for Lenape, but Anderson has the opportunity to breakout this weekend. The 6’2 guard attacks the basket strong and can draw contact around the rim. Anderson is more than just a slasher as he has a nice release on his jumper and can hit jumpers from distance. He is a good rebounder for a guard and is an underrated defender. Anderson has the chance to make noise this weekend as Lenape has the potential for a deep postseason run.
Matt Kinzler Matt Kinzler 6'7" | PF St. Peter's Prep | 2023 State NJ , 6’7 SG/SF St. Peter’s Prep 2023
Kinzler will get more looks on the offensive end this season and will put it on display this weekend. The 6’7 wing has a smooth release on his jumper and does not force shots in the half court. Kinzler is more than just a shooter as he can also put the ball on the floor and finish around the rim. He makes good decisions with the ball in his hands and has the length to defend multiple positions. Kinzler has the opportunity to rise his stock in a big way with a strong performance this weekend.
Ryan Curry Ryan Curry 6'0" | PG Montgomery | 2022 State NJ , 6’0 PG Montgomery 2022
Curry will be tested during Saturday’s slate with games against Cardinal O’Hara and MCS, but has a great chance to raise his stock this weekend. The 6’0 guard has a good handle and is a good passer in the half court. Curry knows how to get into the lane and can draw contact on his way to the basket. He has a nice release on his jumper and moves his feet on the defensive end. Curry is a gritty, floor general that has the opportunity to make noise this weekend.
Carlos Lopez Carlos Lopez 6'0" | PG Egg Harbor Twp | 2023 FL , 6’0 PG Egg Harbor 2022
Lopez has a huge opportunity as he faces off against a talented Roman Catholic backcourt. The 6’0 lefty is tough to contain off the bounce and knows how to finish around the rim. Lopez is more than just a slasher as he has a quick release on his jumper and can knock down shots from distance. He can make tight passes in the half court and gets deflections on the defensive end. Lopez is a lighting quick point guard prospect who will look to make a name for himself this season.
