Arhmad Branch Arhmad Branch 6'1" | PG Festus | 2023 State MO 5’11″ Festus: A talented point guard in Jefferson County who led the Tigers to a 20-victory season as a sophomore. He has excellent athleticism, a high basketball IQ and the skills to create and make everyone around him better. As a sophomore, he averaged 16 points, four rebounds, five assists and three steals a game. He is out for football for the first time this fall and he’s been an impact player as a wide receiver.
Israel Randle Israel Randle 5'10" | PG North Kansas City | 2023 State MO 5’10″ Lincoln Prep: An excellent pass-first point guard who has been handling the offense at Lincoln Prep from the moment he entered the program as a freshman. He has quickness and tremendous court vision and passing ability and can see plays before they develop. He has 3-point shooting range to accompany his ability to penetrate with his speed. He had a very good summer with the Marcus Denmon Elite 16Us.
Jack Steinbach Jack Steinbach 5'11" | PG Ladue | 2023 State MO 5’11″ Ladue: A tough young point guard who took over the reins as Ladue’s go-to player and handled the added responsibility with poise and savvy. He is strong with the basketball and he is capable of making good decisions while facing pressure defense. As a sophomore, he averaged 16 points, 4.6 rebounds and 4.5 assists a game. He played well for the Gateway Basketball Club 16Us during the summer.
Barry Thomas Barry Thomas 6'1" | PG St. Charles West | 2023 State MO 6’1″ University City: An impressive scoring combo guard who attacks the basket well with good quickness and can hit perimeter jumpers. He’s thin, but he does a nice job of working himself into tight spaces to make plays in traffic. He averaged 10 points a game as a sophomore for a very good University City team and had a very productive summer for Team Ramey’s 16Us.
Isaac Danielson 6’2″ Kirksville: A smooth combo guard who is very fluid in his movements and how he plays the game. He is a slick ball handler who can shoot the 3-pointer at a strong clip while also being able to create his shot off the dribble. He also has excellent leadership qualities to go along with his basketball talent. He spent the summer grassroots season playing with MoKan.
Giovanni Mack Giovanni Mack 6'0" | PG Belton | 2023 State MO 6’0″ Belton: An impressive two-way combo guard who can be really disruptive on the defensive end with his quick hands, good anticipation and instincts and the ability to be in the right position to create turnovers. He’s a nice ball handler with a little flair to his game and he has extended 3-point shooting range.
Alex Gunnels Alex Gunnels 5'11" | PG North Kansas City | 2023 State MO 5’11″ North Kansas City: The young point guard was very impressive at the MBCA Showcase in St. Charles in June, which was part of a big summer that he enjoyed with Mentality by Michael Watson’s 16U squad. He’s very quick in the open court and he can break down defenses off the dribble to score in the lane. He is also a solid perimeter shooter.
