No. 61 William Givens William Givens 6'0" | CG West Rowan | 2024 State NC | 6’0 Guard
Givens was another prospect for Team FLY’s 14U group that turned heads during the grassroots season. He’s a burly guard that uses his size to navigate off the bounce and make plays for others. He’s also quite the rebounder given his length and frame already. He’ll be a guard to keep an eye on at West Rowan High this season.
No. 72 Jamias Ferere Jamias Ferere 6'5" | SF Southern Guilford | 2024 State NC | 6’5 Guard/Wing
Ferere is another versatile 2024 prospect to keep an eye on at Southern Guilford High in 2021-22. He made waves with his ability to block shots, rebound, defend and attack the rim at the Triad BlueChip First 48 County Clash. He’s got a nice frame and athleticism to go along with his length that he uses well already to make an impact on the floor.
No. 80 Joshua Smith Joshua Smith 6'0" | CG Northwood Temple | 2024 State NC | 6’0 Guard
Smith is a new face to track over at Northwood Temple Academy in Fayetteville. He’s an electric guard with a knack for getting downhill and finishing around the paint in traffic and making plays for others. He made waves with NLPB 204 on the grassroots scene this past summer and finds himself in the Top 100 of the 2024 class.
No. 82 Nick Hamrick Nick Hamrick 6'8" | SF Westminster Catawba | 2024 SC | 6’8 Forward
Hamrick is an emerging name to know that made waves with Team Wall on the grassroots stage this past spring/summer. He uses his length well to alter shots and finish around the rim. He’s listed at the forward spot for now but he’s certainly got the versatility to defend multiple spots on the floor on the perimeter and in the paint. He’s another prospect to keep an eye on in the Vertical Academy rotation in 2021-22.
No. 86 Cameron McKinney Cameron McKinney 6'4" | PF Parkwood | 2024 State NC | 6’5 Forward
McKinney is a forward prospect that plays with a presence on the interior and on the wing. He turned heads this past grassroots cycle with Team Hope Laney. He’s a sizeable prospect at 6-foot-5 that plays with a ton of energy around the rim on both ends. Look for him to make an impact in the Parkwood High rotation this season.
