Players with thru different forms of drill work followed by 5 on 5 games before the camp concluded. Let’s take a look at some of the top performers from the Elite Camp!
Peninsula Catholic 2022 Guard Chris Brown: He didn’t have his best day but we saw some flashes of his ability, so it doesn’t take long to see why he holds several scholarship offers. The lefty can score the ball in multiple ways, gets where he wants regardless of how he’s defended and doesn’t back down from any challenge he sees.
Piedmont Classical 2022 Guard Brent Randleman Brent Randleman 6'3" | CG Piedmont Classical | 2022 State NC : One of the top performers at the event, he was just as impressive during drill work as he was during the 5 on 5 games. He has a variety of moves that he used to create space offensively, can knock down shots from outside and has impressive athleticism that he used to finish above the rim.
AC Flora 2023 Forward Collin Murray-Boyles: As far as players that made an impact on both ends of the floor, he was easily one of the top two way performers at camp. He got after it on the defensive end, blocking and altering shots while also battling for rebounds at a nice rate. Offensively he didn’t try to do anything outside of his strengths, scoring inside and out when the opportunity presented itself.
Quality Education 2022 Guard Omari Bolden Omari Bolden 6'3" | CG Quality Education | 2022 State NC : Another prospect that was among the top performers, he impressed with his offensive skillset and efficiency. He got to the paint just about whenever he wanted, scoring over bigs and using his quickness to blow by guards. Some D2 programs have already offered and we can only expect that list to continue to grow as he plays at a high level.
South Central 2022 Wing Moses Tufts Moses Tufts 6'4" | CG South Central | 2022 State NC : We really liked what we saw from him overall, he displayed some Guard skills and found a nice rhythm early on. His midrange game and ability to score in the paint are both attributes that we have seen in the past but it seems as if his ballhandling has improved and he’s gotten better defensively on the perimeter as well.
