Keaton Stone Keaton Stone 6'5" | SF Maryville | 2023 State MO 6’5 Maryville: The athletic 2023 forward was bouncing around throughout the event with slashing moves to the basket and several impressive dunks, whether it was in transition or on the rebound follow-ups. He was very explosive. He did a nice job attacking the basket going either left or right while displaying some good passing skills.
Harrison Doennig Harrison Doennig 6'6" | PF Springfield Kickapoo | 2023 State MO 6’6 Kickapoo: The 2023 forward played with an impressive motor at both ends of the court. He runs the court very well and he was tough around the basket as a scorer and rebounder. He’s plays a physical game to go along with his high activity rate. He started several games on a state-championship last season team and he’s ready to take on a bigger role.
Jackson Bell 6’4″ Nixa: A 2022 wing player who was very good at attacking the basket and making plays. When he gets to his dominant left hand, he was tough to keep out of the lane on the drive. He slashed with authority and had several coast to coast dashes for layups. He could also pull up to hit the 3-pointer. His energy level was high throughout the showcase.
Carter Marcyniak 6’0″ Lighthouse Christian: A 2022 guard who was very assertive with his high-energy play at both ends. The lefty was able to get buckets on several aggressive takes to the basket and he mixed in a little 3-point shooting as a compliment.
Luke Ash 5’9″ Stoutland: A 2023 point guard who played with excellent pace during the camp as he pushed the ball and was always probing the defense for openings. He delivered some excellent passes to open teammates. He also had a nice pull up jumper in transition that was very effective.
Aiden Vaught , Crane: A junior guard who quietly had a very productive showing in the games that I watched him. He didn’t have the ball in his hands a lot, but he was still able to get a lot done. He was constantly moving and cutting and he got a lot of buckets that way. He was strong in playing through the contact and he was aggressive on the defensive end.
Cooper Huett 6’0″ Hillcrest: A 2023 wing who was very solid in a lot of aspects of the game. He was aggressive on the drive and didn’t mind taking on the the contact in the lane. He could also make open perimeter shots.
Kamajay Epps 5’10” Central: A thick-bodied combo guard who was solid with the handles and was able to get where he wanted to go off the dribble. He can also knock down the open 3-pointer. He was very solid on the defensive end as he displayed some quick hands to create some steals.
