Zane Conlon Zane Conlon 6'5" | SF Devon Prep | 2025 State PA – 6’4” / Devon Prep / East Coast Power-Horvath / Wing: A long and muscular prospect, Conlon has gained a reputation as a hard-nosed player who does not back down from anyone. As a bonus to his physical presence, Conlon is extremely effective at scoring the rock. His jump shot has range out to the arc. He also won’t hesitate to put the ball on the deck and drive to the tin. Conlon has great hands which allow him to smoothly execute catch and shoot jumpers or receive the ball in traffic and then finish strong. In July he posted multiple double-double games and scored a summer high of 28 points. When he wasn’t running with ECP, Conlon “played up” with the very talented SJ Hoops Elite-Grey 16U squad.
Milan Dean Milan Dean 6'3" | SF Archbishop Wood | 2025 State #286 Nation PA – 6’3” / Archbishop Wood / Team Final EYBL / Wing: Dean is an explosive athlete who excels in transition where he is very capable of playing above the rim. In the half court, Dean is an aggressive wing player who can finish at the cup off the bounce or via the back door cut. This summer his jumper appeared to improve every week and he demonstrated range out to 3-point territory. If Dean adds a mid-range game to his offensive repertoire, look out. On defense he presents a real problem because of his long wingspan. That length makes him a solid rim protector and gives him the ability to pick the pockets of opposing players. At the end of July during the Made Hoops 8th Grade Finale tournament Dean went toe-to-toe with several of the elite 2025s on the grassroots circuit and was selected as a standout performer for that event.
Kevair Kennedy Kevair Kennedy 6'1" | PG Father Judge | 2025 State PA – 5’9” / Father Judge / Team Jacko / Point Guard: Kennedy is up tempo lead guard who uses his elite quickness and change of direction skills to weave through defenses and penetrate the lane. Once he is in the paint, Kennedy is very creative at scoring the ball, but he also will not hesitate to drop a dime to an open teammate. On the perimeter, Kennedy is an effective spot up 3-point shooter. He will also use a behind the arc shot fake to set up his dribble-drive game. Kennedy posted an outstanding month of July which was highlighted by a 26 point pewrformance vs. G4G Elite (TX) at the Las Vegas Classic. At the defensive end, Kennedy is the type of player who applies full court pressure from the opening tip to the final horn. The tandem of Kennedy and Shareef Jackson Shareef Jackson 6'9" | C Roman Catholic | 2025 State #249 Nation PA will make Team Jacko a grassroots force for years to come.
Kai Shinholster Kai Shinholster 6'5" | SG William Penn Charter | 2025 State #133 Nation PA – 6’3’’ / Penn Charter / K-Low Elite / Shooting Guard: In June at the Mid Atlantic Independent School Shootout Shinholster posted a number of games where the rising freshman was Penn Charter’s leadings scorer. That type of stellar play continued right through July during which he registered games of 20 points, 4 rebounds and 3 steals (vs. RI Magic); 18 points, 4 rebounds and 2 steals (vs. Philly Revolution); as well as 17 points and 6 boards (vs. NJ Scholars). A lethal 3-point stroke is Shinholster’s main offensive weapon, but he can also score off the dribble-drive. Additionally, he is an impactful rebounding guard. Still, what college coaches will really like about Shinholster is the mental aspect to his game. He owns a good basketball IQ, plays with poise / under control, and has excellent court awareness.
