Alfonso Burnett – 6’2” / Susquehanna Township / Team Final Red / Combo Guard: If we had to classify Burnett, we would label him as an electric combo-guard who can score at all three levels. However, that categorization doesn’t do his well-rounded game justice. Simply put Burnett is a playmaker on the court. In addition to scoring, he is an incredible facilitator for others, rebounds the ball well, can play in transition (filling a lane or with the ball) and direct a team’s half-court sets. In July this incredibly talented prospect played up with TFR’s 15U squad and during the last four tournaments of the summer he earned his way into the starting lineup. Last month he averaged 11 points; 5 rebounds; and 5 assists per game while shooting 41% from three. Expect Burnett to see minutes for Susquehanna’s varsity team this winter.
Olin Chamberlain Olin Chamberlain 6'0" | PG St Joseph's Prep | 2025 State PA – 6’0” / St. Joseph’s Prep / NJ Scholars Elite / Combo Guard: An ultra-quick prospect, Chamberlain can shoot the jumper and score off the dribble. He is amazingly effective at using the bounce to get to his mid-range spots for buckets. If you watch Chamberlain for a game or two you will notice that he plays with a bit of an edge and appears to enjoy playing through contact. As a bonus to his scoring abilities, Chamberlain is a willing distributor who will deliver precise, timely passes to an open teammate. In June Chamberlain had a very solid showing with SJP at the Philly HS Live event and he used that a springboard for a tremendous July. Last month at the Peach Jam (SC) tourney, Chamberlain “played up” with the NJSE 15U team and was a standout performer. If continues to work on his game and body, he could develop into a highly sought-after combo guard prospect.
Jacob Meachem Jacob Meachem 5'8" | PG Hill School | 2025 State PA – 5’8” / Hill School / K-Low Elite / Point Guard: Meachem is a slick (but never out of control) lead guard who uses his deep bag of handling tricks to create scoring opportunities for himself and others. He is constantly in attack mode, which gives opposing defenders nightmares. Meachem can also shoot the jumper from multiple spots on the floor. This backcourt prospect displays superb court awareness and has instincts for the game that are unique. Meachem capped off a tremendous July circuit at the Jersey Shore Jam Fest where he and his K-Low Elite teammates “played up” in the 15U platinum division and brought home the championship hardware.
Larry Zhan – 6’0” / Germantown Academy / PA Running Aces / Combo Guard: Zhan is a taller guard prospect (appears to be a legit 6-footer) who is an aggressive offensive player. He possesses the ability to knock down shots from numerous spots on the court. Additionally, he can slice up a defense with the dribble and then score via the floater or a lay-in. Zhan is a willing and committed defender who frequently caused turnovers that led to easy baskets. In July Zhan posted an impressive weekend at the Full Court Press tournament including an 18-point effort vs Cecil Kirk (MD). He followed that event up with another notable stretch of runs at the Marquee Hoops Nationals (PA). Zhan’s highlight of that weekend was a 15-point game vs. grassroots circuit powerhouse Team Thrill (MD).
